"Okay, Owen. Truth or dare?" Everly asked me while we were all sitting near the firepit by the lake. She had decided an hour ago after spending the day playing in the sand, that she wanted to play some games while we all curled up next to the fire. It was nice being by the fire with Nathan in my arms. It was nice being here all together. I looked at her before looking at my boyfriend who was rolling his eyes. Nathan didn't understand why his sister wanted to play such childish games today. I could only assume she wanted to make memories that we couldn't back in high school. It was nice.

"Dare" I decided to pick a dare. I knew this game would not be like anything back in my high school. At least this time someone won't get expelled for putting a chicken in the school vent. I knew whatever Everly chose to dare me with would not be as bad as last time. What could we possibly do here as adults anyways? Nathan rolled his eyes once again. He wasn't having fun and I could tell. I knew he just wanted to head in for the night. Everly smirked at me and I had lost a bit of my earlier confidence. Maybe this would be exactly like the chicken incident.

"I dare you to kiss Nathan passionately," She told me while laughing and I grinned. This was an easy dare. I think she just wanted to see us kiss. She really didn't need to dare me to do this. I looked down at my handsome boyfriend before leaning into him.

"Gladly," I told the girl before capturing Nathan's lips in a gentle but passionate kiss. We both smiled into the kiss before eventually pulling back a few minutes later. Kissing Nathan was easy. It was something I loved doing. It was definitely not a dare. Nathan looked at his sister with another eye roll.

"This game simply doesn't work Eve, We're already dating. You and Michael are married and we are obviously not doing anything with Eli" He explained to his sister who glared at him. I couldn't help but chuckle. Eli really was left out.

"Hey! You're right but hey" My cousin exclaimed before we all started laughing. Nobody in this group would do anything with Eli even if we were dared to. Most found him strange but in a good way and I definitely wouldn't do anything with my cousin. We aren't those kinds of cousins. Nathan continued to protest the game and wanted to end it all before an idea entered my head.

"Actually Nathan, could we do one more round? I want to ask one" I asked my boyfriend with a little smile and he lost his protest and let me do what I wanted. I was going to tell Nathan that I love him and I was hoping he would respond the way I wanted him to.

"Nathan. Truth or dare?" I asked with a wide grin and he sighed with a smile on his face.

"Truth" He picked exactly what I wanted him to. I knew exactly my question.

"Is it true that you're in love with me?" I asked him with all the confidence I could muster up while trying to hide my nervousness. I knew that Michael assured me that Nathan felt the same way but it was still a really nervous thing to ask. What if he didn't feel that way? What if Michael had it all wrong? Nathan smiled reassuringly at me and some of my stress melted away.

"I am in love with you Owen Baker. I came to this realization a month ago when you arrived in New york. Just seeing that smile on your face again after five months and I knew I was hooked" He explained and I couldn't contain the bright smile that graced my face. This was the best thing I have ever heard. He loved me back!

"Really? You are serious right because I am completely in love with you Nathan. This would really suck if you were joking" I confessed nervously and Nathan chuckled softly. Nathan cupped my cheeks before giving me this look of absolute sincerity. I knew he meant every word.

"I love you" He whispered and I captured him into a kiss with all my excitement. This was the best freaking day ever. Nathan smiled into the kiss and the moment would have lasted longer if it wasn't for the audience we had. I chuckled while pulling away from my adorable boyfriend's lips.
