A Fighters Spirit (Katsuki Bakugo x Female Saiyan Reader)(MHA x DBZ Crossover)

~Chapter 15~

It is now Friday, we just finished lunch and made our way back to the classroom for heroics training.

Everyone now in their designated seats, Mr Aizawa announces to the class what we will all be doing today.

"Today's training will be about rescuing. To do this we will be going to a special training location. It's a bit far so we will be taking a bus. Put on your costumes and meet outside."

Everyone got up from their seats excitedly and headed over to grab their costumes and change.

Now dressed and heading outside, you and the rest of the girls are greeted by Iida frantically waving his arms in the air and shoating directions to get on the bus in order.

Unfortunately for him, the layout was much different than he anticipated. It was normal in the back, but in the front half all the seat were against the walls leaving the center empty.

Waiting in line to enter, you being one of the last few to get on, you enter and look for your available options.

There was one by mineta...... Who was wiggling his eyebrows and drooling looking at you try to find a seat. Hard pass

There was Todoroki, but he was knocked out asleep and you didn't feel like being the one to disturb him. Plus he made you feel kinda uneasy sometimes, like he has all this bottled hatred and you could feel it radiat off of him.

And then there's Bakugo. You could handle him for a quick bus ride. And out of the three options he seems like the best.

Taking a seat next to the hot head he glances up at you for a second before looking back out the window with his chin in his palm.

You don't bother saying anything, deciding to keep the peace in this moment of calmness.

As we start our bus ride to the training grounds, a conversation starts up in front of you, in the open layout part of the bus, that takes your interest.

"Hey Midoriya I've been meaning to ask you. Your quirk, isn't it a lot like All Might's? Ribbit" Tsu asks the broccoli boy who begins to panic slightly.

As he splutters out incoherent words however Kirishima steps into the conversation "now hold on a minute Tsu, you're forgetting All Might Doesn't hurt himself. That makes a huge difference."

The red head sighs "still I bet it's cool to have a simple augmenting type quirk, you can do a lot of flashy stuff with it."

As Kirishima talks about his quirk and some others piping in about theirs, he ends up calling out a few names in particular.

"Well if any of our classmates have pro hero quirks it's y/n, Todoroki, and Bakugo."

At this all three of your heads peek up in interest. No response from any of you... Until

"Except for bakugo, he'll never be popular."

"THE HELL DOD YOU SAY! I'LL KICK YOUR ASS!"

"You see." Tsu points at bakugo in a matter-o-fact way.

"Actually Tsu, I think he'll make a great hero someday, just because he's brash doesn't mean that he wouldn't be good at winning a fight or saving people. He's so determined to be the best hero that I fully believe he will be great." Now everyone's attention was turned to you. Including bakugo who went from slit eyes filled with rage to large bulging ones filled with shock couples with cheeks dusted pink at your praise.

"Ooo~ careful y/n it's starting to look like you like him~" Mina said in a song voice, making you only now realize what you had just said. Although it wasn't much, you did defend him and say that you outright believe in him and his abilities.

A blush now spreading on your cheeks to rival Bakugo's, you know splutter out some incoherent words

"Aww look! they're both blushing!" Both of your blushes spread as you look at each other and then back to Mina with looks that would kill. As everyone is laughing and making fun of both of you, the bus starts to slow.

"Everyone settle down, we're here." Aizawa calls from the front.

As everyone is filing off, you and Bakugo make a silent agreement to not speak of this, at least for a good while.

Now finally calm from your embarrassment, you walk alongside the rest of the class to the entrance of a large dome shaped building. Outside of the main doors stands what you assume is a pro hero wearing some astronaut looking costume.

"Hello everyone! I've been waiting for you! I can't wait to show you what's inside!"

As she leads you all inside you hear people around you whisper excitedly about the pro hero, who is apparently the space hero: 13.

Opening the large doors, you walk into a large entry way with a red carpet leading to stairs. The place is so big it looks like an amusement park!

"I created this training facility to prepare you for different types of disasters. I call it the Unforseen Simulation Joint. But you can all call it the USJ!"

13 goes into a long discussion with us about the dangers of quirks, if used unwisely, it could easily be used to kill. She explains her quirk as well, being black hole which can suck up anything and turn it into dust. She warns all of us to stay focused when rescuing and using our quirks, as it can turn things into a deadly situation.

As 13 finishes her speech and most of the students cheer, Aizawa takes place next to 13. "Right. Now that that's over-"

Mr Aizawa is cut from the middle of his sentence when a large purple vortex appears at the bottom of the stairs by the fountain in the center of the area.

Your eyes widen. It's not like they could have been hiding somewhere, you would have been able to sense them. This portal is like a teleporter, they were able to catch all of you by surprise. You get into a fighting stance. Although there is a lot coming through the portal, they're all relatively weak, probably mostly small time thugs.

"Stay together and don't move!" He puts his goggles on and grabs his scarf around his neck.

The rest of the students, now confused as they can't see or sense the energy, mumble worriedly, wondering if this is just a part of the exercise.

"13 protect the students! This is real, those are villains!"

As Aizawa jumps down and starts fighting off some of the small villains, all of the students gasp, now feeling the fear creep up on them. This is unlike anything most everyone here has ever faced.

Just like the pros here, you have fought what could be deemed as villains before. Majin Buu when you were a child, although you didn't do much and only bought a little bit of time, you did fight. You also helped fight against Frieza's men when he invaded the earth. And then there was the time when lord Beerus attacked, although you didn't actually fight, but you did help Goku become a super saiyan god.

You weren't afraid in this instance, until you felt one power that is on par with your own. Looking over the edge, you see a tall monster looking thing, it has a beak with sharp teeth and an exposed brain. It's just standing there next to some guy with hands on his face and body.

His energy is familiar, it resembles that of All Might's. Whatever this thing is, you gotta make sure the others don't get hurt by it.
