Donnie clutched onto his eldest brother, body trembling in pain. Splinter sat behind him, a suture kit at his side as he stitched up the teen's softshell, focusing profusely.

"I'm almost done." The rat spoke up, voice raspy.

Casey looked over and nodded. "Looks good. I'll got get some bandages. You doin' okay, Donatello?"

Donnie nodded slightly; face hidden against Raph's plastron. Looking down, Raph noticed something odd. Don's hands were all bruised, and his fingers seemed to be a tad bit crooked. "Yo Donnie- Your hands-" The snapper began, only to be interrupted by Donatello's shaky whisper; "Yeah..."

Donnie pulled away slightly from his brother, as Casey walked back, handing some cotton wraps to Splinter. "What about his hands-? Oh- Oh."

Raph gently held his brother's hands in his own, being careful as to not move them too much. "Aw Dee... And you've been signing..."

Donnie shrugged lightly, muttering softly, as he couldn't exactly force himself to actually speak. "Needed to make sure Leo was okay."

Splinter finished up with Donnie's shell, before getting off the medical bed, and standing. "We can speak about this later, boys." The man began his long tail gently patting Raph on the back. "It has been a long day and we must finish treating the wounds that we can."

After a few moments, Casey walked back into the room, a gadget in his hands. If Donnie wasn't so out of it, he would have asked how he had gotten ahold of a scanner. Without a word, the black-haired male scanned the turtle's arm. Once it was finished, he turned towards the screen, which showed many fractures and breaks.

As Casey bandaged up Donnie's hands, Splinter turned his focus onto his oldest son, fixing up one of the lesser wounds on his front shell.

After he was done, the teen walked over to Leo, grabbing a medical stapler. "Alright. Just gotta finish up with sensei , and then we'll all be good." He turned the slider onto his side, so he could have access to his shell. It wasn't currently bleeding as bad as it had been before, but it was certainly still an issue. "With any luck, he'll just sleep right through this."

Casey began stapling the cracks back together. After about 9 staples, he tossed the stapler down onto a table, sighing softly. "Done for now."

Raph looked over, and smiled softly at him, nodding. "Great. I'll go let Mikey and April know..."

The tallest turtle walked out, as Donnie fell asleep.
