"How long are you going to practice this routine?" I complained continuously with a groan as Sky sighed and threw her pom poms to the side with a huff. Frowning at her reaction, I stared unsure of what to say. Since we had returned from the East L.A. trip Sky seemed more down but whenever I brought it up, she said everything was fine.

"Hold your chest up." Lina reminded as she walked up towards us, yawning a bit.

"What's the use?" Sky confessed looking around in despair exhaling an unneeded breathe, "I'm nothing like my mother."

"Honey, that's not true..." I got up and wrapped my arm around her shoulder hoping it would bring some comfort to the already distressed girl beside me, "I'm sure that you have so many traits that you share with your mother."

Lina hummed in disagreement at Sky's statement as well, taking a few steps forward, "Sky, look, as much as I hate to admit it, I'm a lot like my mom. I'm opinionated, stubborn-"

"Loud?" Sky spoke, cutting Lina off who licked her lips and looked at her with a small grin as amusement began to fill her features.

"Yeah, that too. Which means you have to have a part of your mom in you just like Vane said."

Sky grinned, happy with the support she was receiving, "You really think so?"

"Obviously."

Lina threw me a look at the response before smiling at Sky, "Yeah, I really do."

"Well, would you help me find her?" Sky questioned with a hopeful look.

Sharing a glance with Lina, we both nodded and stood on opposite sides of Sky. "Yeah. Ready? Five, six, seven, eight. One, two, three, four..." Lina instructed counting as we did the routine together before she spoke towards Sky, "Keep your chest up. Seven, eight. One, two, three, four and sit in it. Five, six, seven, clap."
