'After all the drama that we been having is it too crazy that I want to laugh out loud at all of your reaction?' Khun Tee said smiling at her husband and giggling.
'Khun Tee!' Pa'Tu was aghast. Shocked was not even a word that she could think of to describe them and their reaction to what was said.' She can also see mirrored expressions on the other's faces. Khun Det was rubbing on his ear as if checking if he probably misheard what was said.
'What?' Khun Tip asked, 'is it truly that unbelievable?'
All their friends unanimously said, 'Yes!'
Both Khun Cha and Khun Tee looked at each other and laughed out loud.
'So, how the heck did you happen to get together?' Khun Tip asked as Pa'Tu nodded. 'I mean, did you like each other when you met?'
'No!' Khun Cha and Khun Tee answered together then looked at each other and laughed. 'We didn't'
'Khun Cha!! Khun Tee!! Come on, you better tell, how come you never told us before about this?' 'Khun Tip said.
'Yup, why didn't you? I mean how old are the children now? It has been years and years.' Pa'Tu added.
'We never even thought it would come up. I mean how many of us have ever told our children our past completely, especially the parts where we were completely different people.' Khun Cha said, 'I mean, when I was younger I have never imagined that my life would be like this. I have a beautiful wife and 2 equally beautiful children. My life is happy and I am content. In the life I have dreamed of I would have been with a man and some dogs or we could have adopted kids. And truth to be told when I met her, I never imagined that I was even her type.'
'Oho! But I was never your type too!' Khun Tee said laughingly.
'So how did you meet?' Pa'Tu asked.
Khun Tee looked at the expectant faces of Khun Tip, Pa'Tu and she also saw the anticipation on the faces of Khun Det and Khun Soon. She turned to her husband who smiled as he nodded at her.
Flashback
'Who is that?' Tee asked a 2nd year student who was working with her on the plans for the projected stage design for the school program.
'Who is who, Phi Tee?' The student turned to her and replied.
'That one!' Tee pointed her finger at the thin, gangly guy who was dragging a wheelbarrow filled with boxes of what seems to be decorations into the gym door. He doesn't look as if he can carry a matchbox with ease much less those bulky boxes. What a wimp! Ugh! Tee said to herself while rolling her eyes.
'Oh, he must be one of those students sent by our brother school.' The student replied. 'The volunteers who would help for extra school credit and the tasks would be divided among us.'
'Whatever. Keep him away from me. Let him do what he wants but do not let him do any of my business. Understand?' Cha said adamantly. 'But Phi Tee---,' the student scratched his head.
'I said do you understand?' Tee repeated to the student and added a glare to put her point across. She smiled sweetly at him when the boy nodded before walking away. 'Excellent!'
Tee continued to do her tasks for the day and never paid attention to anything. She was installing some of the structures on the wall, when she saw that boy once more. Tee actually never seen him up-close, but she doesn't know why but seeing him even now actually irritates the heck out her and for reasons unknown, she really does not like him in her vicinity.
