19. Reactions, Frustrations

"W-what?!" Jin looked like he's holding his breath as he asked and stared back at Jungkook. "B-but.. but you went home ahead of us. How--"

"I went there at the hotel, Jinnie."

"What- I-- are you telling the truth?!"

Jungkook's jaw tightened at the frustration he's feeling because Jin couldn't remember a single thing about him. So he quickly took the bracelet from his pocket and showed it to Jin.

Jin's eyes widened seeing his bracelet on Jungkook's palm, the latter said, "Here-- I found this lying on the carpet with your coat. I was there, Jinnie.."

Jin pressed his lips together as his eyes welled up with tears. But he couldn't get his words out yet, as he's still trying to organize his thoughts.

"Jinnie?!" Jungkook called his name when the Omega stayed silent for quite a while already.

Then he stepped closer to Jin and tried to pull him for an embrace. "I was there with you-- I took care of your heat.."

But Jin quickly pushed Jungkook away, he shouted while he cried, "If you were the one who fucked me and knotted with me that night, then why the fuck did you leave me?!!!!"

Jungkook was surprised at how Jin suddenly snapped at him, he answered worriedly, "I-- I came back that morning after my meeting. I even left a note so you can contact me. Jin--"

"Liar!!! There was no note anywhere!!! You a-are a liar!!! And where did you really get that bracelet??!!" Jin shouted again - he backed away from Jungkook a couple of steps as he tried to steady his breathing while crying so hard.

"No, Jin! I'm telling the truth!!!"

"Then what??!! If you really were the one, then it means y-you just abandoned me once a-again!!!! You left me there w-without any knowledge who fucked me!!!!"

"Jinnie-- I swear a left a note for you! Please-- why won't you believe me?! When I came back, you weren't there anymore. So I-- I thought you regretted everything that happened-- and it's the reason why I haven't come to you until now.

I thought you didn't want anything to do with me anymore that's why you ran off. Then now, hearing you say that you didn't remember anything, that explains why. And when I learned that you're pregnant, I just-- I could not stop thinking that it's mine."

Jin shook his head as he wiped his tears with his sleeve, "Y-you should've just fucked me-- why did you need to knot with me?!!! You knotted with me w-without even the thought of staying w-with me.. Do you really hate me that much??!!!!"

Jungkook stepped closer to Jin again and tried to grab his arms to explain himself more, "No, Jin. No, it's not like that!! I was supposed to mark you but--"

"Hey! What's going on here?! What are you doing, JK?!!!"

Both Jin and Jungkook turned to look at the direction where the voice came from. They saw Taehyung hurrying towards them, a plastic bag of foods fell from his grip as he ran to Jin's side. He pulled Jin to him and shove Jungkook's hand away.

But Jungkook stared daggers at him before he took him by the collar and growled at him, "You!!! You are the fucking liar here!! How could you claim that the baby's yours when you knew clearly that it's mine!!?!"

"What--" Taehyung's eyes widened, he was speechless until Jin tried to pull Jungkook off him.

"Kookie!!! Will you stop it!!"

But Jungkook wouldn't budge, however, he just pushed Taehyung to the ground and shouted, "You are an opportunist! Tell Jin the truth!! You know very well, Tae!! You saw me there in the hotel!! And I was the one who was with him during his heat-- not you!!!"
