Chapter 19: Getting Along

Zar and Zaza opened their eyes. "Mom! They opened their eyes! Can we play with them now?" Sawa asked. Zar jumped up, "Yea let's play!" Zaza just cuddled closer to Rani. Kion yawned and woke up.

"Morning," Rani licked his cheek. Raja gagged. Kion chuckled. "Zar, Zaza want to play with your brother and sister?" Rani asked. "Yes!" Zar smiled. Zaza shook her head. "Alright, Zar you go ahead. Zaza can stay," Kion replied.

Zar, Sawa, and Raja ran out. Zaza cuddled closer to Rani. "I can already tell she is going to be the responsible one," Kion chuckled. "Then she doesn't take after you," Rani replied.

"Hey!" Kion frowned. Rani gently pushed Zaza away. She tackled Kion. "It's not my fault you aren't responsible," Rani giggled.

Kion rolled over and pinned her down. "Take that back!" He growled playfully. "No," Rani smiled.

"You two done yet. I want more cuddles." Kion and Rani turned around. They saw Zaza glaring at them.

"Dad you took my cuddles," She growled. "Sorry Zaza, but I just-" Zaza shut him up. "No! You just nothing! Moms cuddles are mine. Not yours!" "Ok ok," Kion got off Rani.

Zaza hopped onto Rani's stomach. She curled into a ball, and fell asleep. "She's bossy," Kion chuckled, "I see where she gets it from." Rani gasped, "I am not bossy!" "Ehhh sometimes you are," Kion shrugged with a smirk. "I would get you, but alas I have a cub to take care of," Rani replied.

"You wouldn't do it either way. I'm too irresistible," Kion smirked. Rani chuckled, "You're right I wouldn't hurt you." "Ha I knew it!" Kion shouted.

"Shh!" Zaza shouted. Kion froze. Rani laughed. "Rani, Zaza is a bit controlling," Kion stated laying beside Rani.

"Yep, she is," Rani set Zaza down. Rani rolled onto her stomach, and cuddled by Zaza. She leaned against Kion's shoulder. "I love you," Rani smiled. Kion nuzzled her, "I love you too."
