The Blood of The Dragon

Chapter 35

Afinto summoned massive rocks from the ground and sent them straight to the crystal ball but the rocks just broke apart as they collided with the crystal ball.

Afinto then began to pant out of exhaustion.

"Afinto stop this, you not strong enough the break the crystal ball. Just leave, save yourself and your friends” said Binatus.

"I’m not leaving you father” said Afinto as he began to strike the crystal ball once again with his stony fists.

"How pathetic, a weakling of a son trying to free his father” said a voice from behind Afinto.

Afinto then turned around and saw Alaeran standing behind.

"You, you’re the one that did this. You put my father in this prison” said Afinto filled with rage and anger.

"Yes I did, after I finished beating your father I imprison him and the rest of the so called Legendary Dragon Warrior in that crystal ball” said Alaeran with a smile on her face.

Afinto felt nothing but disgust and rage for Alaeran so much so that charged straight for her, driven by his anger and rage towards her and delivers a blow so powerful that is caused the ground around him to quake and break apart.

The blow was so powerful that it sent Alaeran flying, crashing through the academy, hitting and destroying a few of the pillars in the academy which cause some parts of the Dragon Academy to collapse on top of Alaeran.

Afinto, after delivering that blow fell on his knees panting and breathing heavily out of exhaustion.

Binatus just stood there, speechless unable to believe how strong his boy had become.

Then the ground be to rumble and the pieces of rubble that collapse on top of began float up and as they did Alearan emerge out from the rubble with her body now turned to pure steel.

As Afinto saw this utterly horrified.

Binatus upon seeing this knew his stone wouldn’t stand a chance against Alaeran.

“Please son, leave, she is too much for you to face on your own" said Binatus.

Afinto, ignoring what his father told him readied himself for battle as he got up and faced Alaeran.

"I don’t know if you are insanely foolish or idiotically brave” said Alaeran.

"Come over here and I will show you” said Afinto.

Alaeran just smiled at Afinto before she charged straight towards him.

Afinto charged to her as well.

As the both of them collided they delivered a powerful blow to each other.

Their fists collided with one another, releasing a massive wave of raw power.

The ground and everything around them shuck with the ground underneath cracking and breaking apart.

After a while the ground and everything around them stopped shaking.

It seemed like everything had settled down.

Alaeran and Afinto stood facing each other with their fists still joined to one another.

Alaeran then smiled with a sinister grin.

Then Afinto’s stony arm began crack with his blood slowly dripping down to the ground from the cracks on his Stony arm.

Alaeran then delivered another blow to Afinto’s stomach which him flying and crashing down hard on the ground.

Afinto wounded and now on the ground, felt his hard stone body disappear and was replaced with his soft fleshy body as his was too weak and wounded to maintain his stone form.

“You are just like your father always ready and willing to show off your strength even when you aren’t strong enough to win the battle” said Alaeran.

Afinto, still driven by his anger and now hatred towards Alaeran got up and then summoning the little strength he had left.

His eyes then turned into brown dragon eyes.

He then sent massive rocks from the ground that surrounded him her way.

Alaeran as the rocks came her way smiled with a sinister grin on her face.

Alaeran then snapped her fingers and then all the rocks headed her way began to break apart until they became nothing but dust particles being a scattered around by the wind.

Afinto upon seeing what Alaeran did froze up in horror and shock.

Alaeran then charged straight for Afinto but this time Afinto was far too weak to defend himself.

Alaeran delivered many powerful blows to Afinto with her steel fists.

Binatus turned his head to the other side, looking away from the battle as he could not bear the sight of seeing his son being beating so brutally.

Alaeran grabbed Afinto’s head and began to slam it down hard on the ground.

She continued to slam his head again and again to the ground before eventually stopping she stopped to look at the sorry state Afinto was in after receiving such a brutal beating from her.

Afinto looked disfigure with blood sipping out of his face and his entire body, feeling nothing but immense and unbearable pain flowing through his entire body.

Alaeran then turned to Afinto who was looking away from the fight.

Alaeran smiled wickedly before she carried Afinto and took him to the crystal for Binatus to see.

“Look my dear brother, look at you son. Beaten and defeated” said Alaeran.

Binatus closed his eyes refusing to see his son in the horrendous of state he was in.

Afinto then bowed his head down in shame and said “please forgive me father, I wasn’t strong enough”.

Upon hearing this, a tear fell down from Binatus feeling helpless and unable to protect his son, this feeling broke his heart to a million pieces.

Binatus finally opened his eyes and saw Afinto covered from head to toe with blood dripping down to the ground out of his wounds.

Binatus heartbreak then turned in to pure anger and rage.

“Let him go Alaeran, NOW!!!” said Binatus as his eyes turned into brown dragon eyes and he began to strike the crystal wall with all his might and his strength but it still wasn’t enough, the wall refused to break no matter how much Binatus tried.

Victor, Diana, James and Marina did not try to stop him because they knew they couldn’t in state he was in, he was a helpless father trying to save his son and they knew they was not they could do to try and stop him.

Binatus eventually grew weak, exhausted, delivering a final blow before he fell down to his knees.

Alaeran began to laugh, mocking Binatus with her laughter, deriving joy and happiness from his misery.

"Please, sister let him go; he is not a part of this. He is just an innocent boy who has not harmed you in anyway. I am ready to renounce the throne and give the crown, I’m even willing to serve you all my life just let my boy go” said Binatus.

“The throne and crown of Eretchela” said Alaeran with a smile on her face.

"You know there was a time when that was all I ever wanted but that time has passed” said Alaeran as she looked at Binatus in the eye.

"You sent me to hell brother where I knew the true meaning of pain. You left me there to rot while you enjoyed your life as king of Eretchela and because of this I no longer want the throne or crown I just want to see you suffer like I did for all those years” said Alaeran as she held Afinto’s neck and began to crush in Binatus’s presence.

She was ready to kill her own nephew just to see Binatus in pain.
