Leo's Pov:

"Sir. We are landing in 15 minuets."  Madden informed me.

I gave a slight nod. "The prisoner?"

"He's woken up now." Charles Canira butted in.

"Good, now get lost." I ordered. 4

They both bowed their heads slightly at me and retreated back to their spots. Only Madden and Charles had accompanied me. Vivienne and the twins were with Chase. Since the job of the elite force was to guard both Chase and me they had to split accordingly.

I had to pull myself together, Any wrong word and I knew I'd tip over the edge.

Aiden Rousseau was full of those wrong words.

I leant my head back and thought back to 2 hours ago when I had boarded my plane.

By the time I had reached the runway Aria and Chase were already there. I ignored them both as I walked past and sat in my plane. Chase refused to look at me, but Aria, I could feel her eyes on me.

I could feel her looking at me with a burning hatred.

"I love you."

I shook my head. Walking away from those words was something I'd never forget my entire life. Walking away from those words was like walking on glass, barefoot. For her though it was no problem. I'd walk over glass barefoot any day, but away from her?

I might as well have swallowed those glass shards.

It was better for her to hate me then to like me. At least this way she would be protected. I'd let her hate me if it meant that she could still smile.

Her smile was worth more then my happiness. She was worth more then my happiness.

I shut my eyes.

I had to stop thinking of her.

"Sir, we are landing." Madden informed me as he strapped his seat belt in.

I sighed, doing the same.

...

"Well, well, well." Aiden mused as I got of the plane. "What a pleasure to see you Mr. Santiago."

There he was. The bastard himself. His dirty blonde hair blowing in he wind and his amused brown eyes filled with craziness. He was wearing a grey suit with a back shirt inside, the buttons undone at the top, with chains hanging from his neck. He seemed to like jewellery, as his fingers were full of rings.

I scoffed. "A pleasure? Now you must really be bored."

"Oh come on. Can I not be happy to see my dearest friend?" He said amusedly.

I rolled my eyes. "You left one of you little friends behind when you left the last time I saw you."

"You noticed?" He innocently asked.
