Aria's Pov:

It was all silent.

Each one of us were holding our breaths, waiting.

They could break through the second wall anytime, we just had to be on guard, because as soon as they broke it down it would be hell.

The Rousseau mansion was not at all like The House Of Cards. They were 2 completely different places that showed the perfect examples of defences.

The Rousseau mansion while being grand was surrounded by a large wall. It was so large and so far apart from the main house that from where we were we couldn't even see it. It was all around it. Then inside this concrete wall was the maze. The large circular maze that also surrounded the house. The first barrier that Aiden had referred to was the concrete wall.

The second one would be the maze. The one in which at least a couple men would loose their lives in even before lives approaching here.

Suddenly the severity of it all had sunk in as soon as I took my place, aiming for nowhere in particular in front of me. and surprisingly I was calm. I knew what I had to do, I had been trained for this for more then half of my life.

The aim had to perfect. It all ways did. So it didn't matter who i had to kill it had to be perfect no matter what.

I just hoped Devon was alright. That was all I was worried about.

"When do you think they will get through the maze? I mean surely they wouldn't be able to break through it though?" Sunny whispered to me.

"No." I replied, still looking directly forward through the scope of my gun. "They will get through it. There is no way that they risked so much just to not be able to get through that maze. Vincent has a plan and his plans always succeed."

"You know him?" Sunny asked me

Through the scope of the gun I zoomed in a little, nothing. It was all still.

"Yeah, I sorta worked for him a little." I answered distractedly.

"YOU WHAT?" She whisper shouted.

"Information to follow." I absently waved her off.

"Wait, what that is not fair!" She groaned.

"I promise you my dearest sunny, I will tell you what you want to know after we finish this." I sighed.

"Oh, yeah probably a better idea." She nodded to herself.

I snorted at her mutterings. She was just so cute, even while we were under threat she remained so aloof.

Then she too like the others submerged herself into utter silence.

That was one thing I noticed about this group. They were all highly skilled. All as good as you can get.
