Aria walked into her house, finding her mother seated at the kitchen table. She looked troubled and didn't hear Aria coming in.

"Hey mother, sorry I'm late. I was, doing homework"

Freya looked up, forcing herself to smile.

"Glad that you're doing the work Aria. Are you hungry?"

She shook her head.

"Exhausted. Im just going to go up to bed"

Freya nodded.

Aria closed her room door, then sat at her desk, with the book. She flicked through the pages, pausing at a few of the spells. She had been tempted to try a couple.

She closed the book, deciding against it, then got into her bed.

Aria sat on the floor in the smallest room. She could hear them arguing. They were downstairs, her mother was telling him he wont get away with this.

"You made the deal the moment you found out you were pregnant to him. Its illegal" He yelled.

"You cant have my daughter"

"Wait until she gets her powers witch. I will find her. She will join me. And together we will take over this realm"

Aria listened as he slammed the front door.

"Aria, you can come out now. Youre safe"

Slowly she crawled out of the room, finding her mother, with Freya standing beside her.

Aria jerked awake, coughing, and breathing fast. She sat up as her room came into focus. She saw morning was approaching. She tried to get a grip of what she had saw, but the more she tried to remember, the further away it seemed to get.

Quietly, she got out from her bed, heading down into the basement, finding the box she had been forbidden to look in.

Aria sat in the middle of the floor, finding it was spells and enchantments, with trinkets and candles.

And photographs.

Carefully, Aria looked through them, finding another woman in there, the one she had just seen in her dream.

Freya and Aria by her side, as children.

Aria heard Freya walking around upstairs. She quickly put the box away, before heading to the kitchen.

The sun was fully up now.

"Morning" Freya said, smiling.

Aria grunted, not trusting her own voice.

Freya was used to this treatment, as she continued to make breakfast.

Aria sat in class, going over everything she had discovered. She had no idea what her classes were about and never volunteered any answers.

It came to lunchtime.

"Would you like to join me?" Loki asked, as he walked with her.

She nodded.

But Aria sat picking at her food, still not hungry.

"Want to talk about it?" He quizzed.

She realised that Loki had spoken to her, looking up at him.

"Im sorry. I guess Ive been a little distracted. I have a lot on my mind"

"Its fine"

She closed her eyes, taking a deep breath, when she saw a different room.
