Aria had been working for Shield for almost ten years now, she had cast a spell on herself to forget everything that had happened on Asgard, so naturally she didn't know where she came from. After using her magic a few times on Midgard she was then on Shields radar, with Phil Coulson on her trail. When he finally caught up with her, she joined the team and was no working with the Avengers.

For now, Aria was working in Spain on something the team had come across, but as she sat there in the café, waiting on more details from someone she knew there. It made Aria think back to the first time she ever met Steve Rogers.

They had been in Italy, on her first proper assignment. Things had gone well for them, but on the one night they had off, things went extremely well with them. Working under cover, went from just being work colleagues to sleeping together.

The following day when they were chasing the bad guy, Aria was in the line of fire, Steve quickly jumped in front of her, saving her. As he didn't know he full potential that her magic could do, but she liked that he had done it.

After, Steve thought it was better that they didnt start up a relationship, as he didnt think they could do the job at the same time.

Aria understood this, accepted it and from that, they just worked under the same badge, and didnt work together after that, for fear of it being awkward.

She sat there, thinking how she missed him, even after just that one night. That she felt something for him, and she knew he felt the same.

But they had agreed.

Arias cell phone rang as it sat on the table, causing her to quickly answer it.

"Yeah" She said, looking around wondering where her contact was.

"I cant make it. Someone is following me. Look, go to the park around the corner, you will find what youre looking for. He is there. Selling it. Its something dangerous and Im sure they are intending to do a demonstration"

"How will I know what Im looking for?" She asked.

Her contact paused.

"He is wearing a black leather jacket, in this heat, he will stand out" He replied. "Be careful Aria. I gotta go. Look, be careful, yeah, I think he knows he is being watched"

"Okay, thanks" She ended the call.

Aria got up from the chair, left some cash, then walked around the corner. She knew where she was going. After all, she had been there for the last week, working and looking for this guy.

As she walked through the park, seeing a large grass area and the childrens play park with swings on one side. There was a lot of children here, with their parents, and a few kicking footballs, even the dog walkers were out.

She walked in, acting like she belonged, like she was just walking through the park. It was a lovely day. When she looked up seeing a familiar face, standing there, in his jeans and a short blue jacket, his hands were inside the pockets and he was wearing a baseball cap. He wasnt being obvious, but he was looking around the place.

Aria shook her head, feeling her heart skip a beat as she got closer.

"Hey cap" She smiled.

Steve turned and took a deep breath, surprised to find Aria was there.

"Aria" he replied, leaning in for a hug. "What are you doing here?"

"The same as you by the looks of things"

"Fury sent us over"

"Us?" She quickly canned the park, her eyes landing on the couple over the other side, where the goalposts were. She could tell they were acting, doing a good enough job, but they looked the most unlikely couple.
