The bathroom door slammed open

The bathroom door slammed open.

Priscilla rushed in, placing her bag roughly into the restroom sink. She frantically began to search for the pill bottle, shuffling through the dirty makeup products and pens.

"Fucking come on," her anxiety beginning to peek as the first bell went off, warning students to get to their classrooms.

Soon, a crowd of girls began to enter the restroom, making the girl hurry up.

She finally had found what she had been looking for.

Priscilla small fingers pried off the cap desperately, shaking the bottle as one of the pills fell into her hand. She threw it in her mouth, tilting her head back as she swallowed the dry pill.

"What the fuck are you doing?" Maddy gasped, Bebe and Kat beside her as she closed and locked the door behind them.

"It's a fucking Xan, relax," Priscilla rolled her eyes, closing the bottle before shoving it back into her pursr.

Kat began loudly opening all of the bathroom stalls, checking underneath to make sure no one else was in the restroom as they talked.

"You're popping a Xanax before eighth period," Maddy scoffed, sitting on the counter next to Priscilla, "and you're telling me to relax."

"Mind your business then," Priscilla replied, applying one more layer of mascara to her already curled eyelashes, before passing the tube to Maddy.

"At least be more discrete," Kat shrugged, leaning against the pink tile wall, "God forbid, Greenwall did her inspections."

"Greenwall literally sleeps with her half of her intro to college literature class, the fuck could she possibly say to me?"

"Girl, are you like, okay?" Maddy questioned, genuinely concerned over how her friend was behaving.

After New Year's, Priscilla began to push everyone in the friend group away, almost everyone except for Rue. She began finding excuses to getting out of plans, bringing up the fact she had work or usual after school activites and eventually stopped replying to their group chat messages altogether.

"Ever since Josh's party, you've been super agro and distant. Now, you're popping shit in the bathroom like some druggy."

"You were the exact same way when you and Nate were going through shit, Maddy," Priscilla answered, holding out her hand for her mascara back.

Maddy carefully placed it in her hand, climbing off of the counter, "Whatever. Just know that we're always here for you if you want to talk."

Priscilla knew that. She appreciated how considerate her friends were being even though all she did was push. But how could she rely on them for relationship advice when Priscilla and Fezco's problems began going outside of their relationship? Especially when Lexi, who was somewhat apart of their group due to Cassie's association, was the star of their most recent fight.
