"How did it go, Y/N" the woman asked me. "Uh.. well they all sort of lit up?" Her face looked shocked as I mentioned this. "And uh they glowed this like pink colour" Her face got the warm mother smile on it again.
"Youre mastering all circles.." The woman said. "I havent seen anyone do that since.. nevermind" She shook her head. "Circles?" I asked confused.
"Hm? Oh yes you arrived at the island two days ago didn't you? This must be moving quite fast for you" She smiled at me again. Elizabeth described the term 'soulrider' for me and what they did. She had also told me she was a previous master of the sun circle and that her name was Elizabeth.
"I'm a what..?" I asked confused. "A soulrider" the Elizabeth repeated. "So I'm destined to be protecting this island forever?" I asked nervously. "Not neccsesarily, just 'til Garnok is defeated, or y'know you.. perish" Elizabeth whispered the last part, but I still heard it.
"So is this life threatening? I dont want a part of this" "You're not going to do this alone though" Elizabeth said trying to make me reconsider.
"Who are the others?" I asked. "Well three of them are missing.." Elizabeth mumbled. "However the lightning circle rider is still here and uh you know her! Its Alex" She smiled.
I didnt know if I should be happy or not. I mean, at least there was gonna be one person I knew but then again I didnt know if she would appreciate it as much.
"I'll inform Alex that her suspicion was correct and I'll send you a letter once more things are set in stone" Elizabeth said. "Alex had suspicions?" "Hm? Oh yes, she thought you might be a soulrider, she felt it" Elizabeth explained.
"Didnt you feel it too?" She asked "a closer bond with Alex than anyone else so far?"
I thought about that question for a bit. It made sense now that Alex was anxious about me leaving Jorvik. And I guess I had bonded with Alex as if she was my best friend for ages.
Elizabeth smiled and chuckled at me. "I've got dandelion tea on the stove if you'd like to join me?" "No thanks its fine" I smiled.
"Very well then, I'll see you later, Y/N" "see ya!"
Now that one area was checked out I decided to go to the next one, more specifically a place I'd been to before, Silverglade Castle
