chapter 10 My dear baby

Two weeks have passed since my meeting with lucifer. my days of due are near and my appetite is also reducing. I met lara and baiqing many time while walking outside for stretching but didn't interact much. lara was just OKAY to me except that I am mate of male character and also took harvey. but she also thought that it would be better for them to mate me then baiqing as she didn't handle her harem in original plot properly. I can see lara's intentional approach to baiqing.
Bai was a little unease around me after our last encounter but didn't show it on face. With lara's intervene the atmosphere was a little good. seeing me chatting with lara, bai also let the burden in her heart down and occasionally take the initiative to talk.
Lara-''you are very close to be a mother doliz, congratulation.''
Doliz-''congratulate me later when I gave birth but you have to help me at the time of labor lara. you know it's my first pregnancy and I am a little unease even though curtis told me that the snake-let come easily.''
Lara-''Of cource I will. and what about you baiqing?''
Baiqing-''I am not sure, I don't have any experience about that.''
Lara-''Forget it. you are still under age.'' lara already told baiqing that I am human so it was easy to baiqing to mix with me a little.
Lara-''well how long has you been to beast .world doliz''
Doliz-''It's have been a month. I was pregnant the next day after my transmigration.''
Both lara and baiqing were shocked .
Lara-''you mated with curtis the day you came here and even got pregnant at first intercourse.''
Doliz-''yes, that night we mated.''
Both lara and baiqing-''YOU ARE SO FAST'' this was so loud and sudden.
Doliz-''what so fast. he is handsome and caring, what if he was taken by others. rather then giving chance to others, I just take him for myself. But at that time I didn't know about the bonding thing and to say I am so lucky that he is considered strongest here with four stirp.''
I didn't tell lara about me knowing the the original plot's whole information, lest it will alarm her toward me for her purpose in this world. no I can't take the risk. the less she know about me the more better and when she will realize about it in the future, it will be too late to do anything by then. 
Both lara and baiqing mouth twitch with my explanation but they didn't say more. that night my body was so uncomfortable and soon this discomfort turn to pain. Both curtis and harvey were very efficient with this matter as my water broke out. 
Harvey saw my situation and conform that it was time.. time for HELLISH TORTURE. cold sweat broke on my forehead. curtis hold me appropriately in his lap as harvey went to prepare warm water, clean animal skin and other necessary things. it was inappropriate to call lara at this time of night. 
Suddenly the pain intensify and I start to scream. I felt something was pushed out of my body. I didn't have time to rest as another round of pain came. this cycle repeated totally eight time and first one was most difficult and painful compared to other. I don't have time to see my babies as my whole body's energy was drained and lost conscious.
Curtis wipes my tired body with a clean animal skin while harvey wiped the eggs and arranged them neatly in a wooden container.
The morning I wake up with curtis by my side. he had a warm smile on his face as he gently hugged me afraid not to hurt in my lower region.
Doliz-''baby?''
Curtis-''let me bring them.'' saying that, he left to bring my babies. he show me in a wooden container total of eight shining eggs settled neatly. they were similar to chicken eggs on earth but were very precious to me.
Doliz-''how do you know who is elder and who is younger.''
Curtis-''Don't worry I let harvey arrange them to their serial wise birth number. this one is the eldest and this one is the youngest.'' I was glad he arranged them line wise. harvey also brought me vegetable soup. he is quiet thoughtful as my mouth was also dry from last night.
At this time there was a knock on the door. harvey went to see only to find that it was lara and baiqing with their respective guardian who can be their future mate. they both enter the hut while their male stayed outside. they were not reconciled with curtis presence.
Lara-''How are you? I heard you gave birth last night.''
Doliz-''yes. come here. now I am mother of eight children.'' I was very proud of that even though this number is very much in acceptable range as compare to bai  when she gave birth to nineteen eggs.
Curtis was thrilled with his mate's happy look but a little baffled with hidden proudness of his mate's words. Not only curtis, every present there except doliz herself felt same. With this her face was red from embarrassment as she revealed her emotion so obviously. At that time a chuckle left curtis mouth which was so conspicuous, mostly to lara who know curtis from novel perspective that she never read about curtis ever laughing just like doliz.
Lara was a little suspicious of doliz knowing original plot just like her because it was acceptable for doliz as she traversed in curtis cave but she also mated harvey so soon which seems fishy. but if her(doliz) purpose was same as her(lara) to change fate of some character which seems pitiful and didn't have very happy ending or very sad ending then it is also good and she (lara) can help her in difficulty or can get help from her(doliz).
Baiqing was gazing my little darling that I was annoyed.
Doliz-''what happened bai?''
Baiqing-''I was thinking, how does it feel to have eggs. I mean human birthing eggs.''
I rolled my eyes with that, thinking internally 'you are the one who would bore them if I didn't intervene.'
Doliz-''this was my first time and I didn't know how does it feel giving birth a human baby.''
Baiqing is as annoying as ever and I can feel her emotions through not that deeply as she is still a teenage who didn't see the world and is much experience-less compare to me even though I had never dated before on earth but that doesn't mean I never seen anyone date closely.
Lara feeling my mood swinging, pulled baiqing out of my sigh(my home) in excuse of find seasoning and spices or something edible.
