chapter 13 Rejuvenation

On other side of the castle in a very different room the leopard king brought bai qing and parker to rest. this room was told to be parker's when he hadn't left the castle as a young cub. Leaving them both there, the leopard king went out to make some arrangement for his cub and daughter-in-law .He also notify his mate the leopard queen about today's matter.
When the leopard queen heard about arrival of his cub with his mate in the castle, she couldn't stop her feet and hurried toward her cub's chamber; where she saw her son lingering around a very young, thin and beautiful female and she (the leopard queen) got the hint that she (bai qing qing) must be her daughter-in-law.
The leopard queen greeted her warmly and introduce herself as leopard queen the mother of parker.
Leopard Queen-''wow you are so beautiful.''
Baiqing-''you too'' not like a mother but a elder sister, very shocking.
leopard queen was very happy with her daughter-in-law's humble and loving personality. Rosa is nothing compared to her in both appearance and character thus the leopard queen was very satisfied with baiqing.
Baiqing told leopard queen about her friends, of course me and Lara. the leopard queen was a little confuse with that as she was unnotified about other guests. she asked to the guard beast man outside the room about it .
He said the whole story about us. she know her mate's nature very well so she wasn't surprise with this but the worrisome thing is that, not only we are Females to his responsibility but also friends of baiqing. she asked parker about the reason of our stay in this particular castle.
Parker-''I owe them some debt and I have to pay them back by helping them out in city.'' Leopard queen was really annoyed with her mate's behavior. she told the guard to summon the leopard king there.
On the other side we had our stomach full. I was so damn angry and decided to leave there. everyone did agree with my decision. we took our luggage and left the room. mate know the way to exit but even the guard of exit didn't give us a face. just ignore us ,very well. now the leopard king is in my red list. on the way-
Doliz-''Lara, could you please not disclose the matter of curtis to anyone here.''
Lara-''Why?''
Doliz-''you know that he is a feral and on top of that a very powerful one. if anyone here know of his existence then not only him but also my little snake would be in danger. I don't want my family to be in any kind of danger. please Lara promise me that you won't say anything about it, so is lyca.''
Lara-''I understand how you feel and how worried you are. okay, I promise I won't say anything.'' immediately after-
Lyca-''Lara's promise is my promise.'' with that I breath a sigh of re-life.
Lara-''so that's why you didn't wear the dress made up of his snake slough.''
Doliz-''Yes.'' only baiqing is a problem now. we went straight to the house selling agency of beast city to buy a house of our standard.
Lara wanted to buy a house at the center with densely populated area and I guess the reason behind it, obviously to seduce males or a particular one named winston. but luck wasn't on our side today. all the house at the center were occupied and are very costly. I wanted to buy one as far away from center as possible near the riverbank. I have my own reason for that. when Lara got to know about my house location plan, she was a little happy and I know the reason why. we both are the spike of each other's neck.
Lara decided to look for other available houses a little far away from the center. she look up to many and finally decided to buy a particular one. this was a good house with enough space as compared to other in the range but very average as compared to the center. when it come to the cost, it was only three transparent crystals which were out of their budget. they only have two crystals. they were depressed and tired. it was all the saving of lyca as a one strip beast man. it was pointless to hunt for crystals now as he was worried for his mate's safety.
I asked harvey to lend one crystals to them. lyca was surprised with my kind offer with the personality of mine. he have seen the dispute between me and baiqing. even though the mistake was hers (baiqing) but except forgiving, I lectured her heartlessly. lyca refuse to accept it but I still insist on giving it.
Doliz-'' Just take it as a debt. when you have crystals in the future , you can give it to us back okay.''
Lyca-''but you also have to buy a house.''
Doliz-''Don't worry we have sufficient crystals to buy a house ourselves after lending one crystal to you.'' lyca was still hesitating.
Lyca-''why are you being kind to us all of a sudden?''
Doliz-''what?''
Lyca-''that day when baiqing had your mate's snake slough you deliberately make things worse for her. what is your purpose to lend this one crystal as I assume you are not so kind.'' Lara hold lyca's hand a little tightly to indicate him to stop speaking but he still sternly and warily looked in my eyes to get the answer (my purpose).
Doliz-''look lyca I am not an unreasonable person. the mistake was hers. she had my mate's snake slough and no female could tolerate that another female have any kind of interaction even if it's indirect and snake slough are meant to be for only their mates which symbolize a mate relation.''
Lyca-''but she didn't know it.''
Doliz-''but that doesn't mean she can be forgiven or else she will repeat the same mistake again. she is so big but she didn't understand. so someone have to come forward to make her understand these rules. I am not being unreasonable. if it was to happened with some other female instead of me,even if they don't like their feral mate as much as me or even hate them to the point of abandonment but still that female couldn't take this incident lightly. they would even try to harm baiqing which I didn't do.''
Lyca start to think. it was necessary to clear all misunderstanding or else who know if he would betray me later or would be against me. no one can be sure of other's nature in real life experience just like leopard king who was described as a cool and benevolent person but in real case his benevolence was only limited to his and his family's advantage and later covered up by leopard queen.
Lyca-''you are right. I was too shallow, my apology. I didn't consider how friendly you have been to my mate. I am very ashamed with my thinking.''
Doliz-''never mind. Lara is my good friend and this friendship couldn't be broken with only this, now go and buy it quickly. we are very tired.''
Lyca-''thanks doliz, we will always be grateful to you.''
Doliz-''this is not kindness but friendship.''
lyca and lara moved with my words. even if they wanted to betray me before but now I am sure they won't do that 'cause I had rejuvenated them.
