chapter 14 Dark politics

They bought that house and now it was our turn. we went to house selling agency to sell the previous house of harvey which was at the center of the city. harvey had to leave the beast city four months ago on the request of leopard queen to look after parker, her cub. harvey's profession as a healer in the city is very important and useful so does his earning. he is the only stirp-less beast man to live in the center and is very respected after ape king in healing. his main living and expenses came from the reward of his work 'cause no male wanted to owe any other male in their pride. so sometime he got crystals as payment from powerful families.
Lara couldn't ask for this house as she was already indebted to us which would be shameful to lyca. we sell the house over six crystals which was huge with the extra saving of harvey's six crystals and three crystals from curtis, the total of fifteen crystals including the single crystal we lent to lyca.
WOW... we are super rich.
I told the beast man of house selling agency for my requirement and he was shocked to hear it.
Manager-'' are you sure. there are many house near the periphery of central area and you sold the central house for just outskirt deserted area. think about it again female, your safety would be threatened there the most.''
Doliz-''thanks for your concern but no need. I have decided and I am not gonna back down on my decision. I want peace which can't be obtained here.''
Manager-''If you say so.''
Lara-''are you sure. it would be safe here and we can be closer here to meet.'' I took her hand and drag her to a corner.
Doliz-''I am very sure. you know what worry me most is my kid's safety. so I thought that the chances of their survival are greater as long as they are undiscovered and noone notice it there easily. till then they would be long grown mature and leave city and with presence of curtis, I am super safe.'' lara was super stunned with my reasoning.
Lara-''Nice logic. have to say, you think far ahead and deep doliz.'' so deep that even you would be drown without ground.
Doliz-''I have to be careful for them anyway.'' just to stay away from you to not spoil my plan. we came out of corner and start to look for house near riverbank as per my requirement and finally decided upon one.
this house was very spacious with four big room and wide gallery. this is considered to be very good in beast world but without having an owner for very long time or we can say, being deserted for so long, we got it cheaply, yes only two crystals. but the manager still hope for me to change my mind.
According to him two crystals are very expensive only on location base but no need . we said goodbye to manager with lara and lyca . they both don't need to stick to us for so long after buying their own but out of gratitude they still did tag along.
After sending them out harvey start his housewife duty and start cleaning . Termite and cobweb were written in our destiny today but were all shot down by this beautiful golden haired ocean eyed angel .
this make me realize that my decision and dedication to have harvey to myself in the valley was very much excellent. I will reward him very well but not today. the reward can wait for four more days.
YAWN I am so tired today so I just lay on the bed he prepared for me to take a sweet nap. On the other side in leopard castle. the leopard queen was rushing to the store room with some guards and leopard king to find us. when they reach there the guard who was responsible to watch the castle gate told her of our departure. she became even more worried at the same time very angry with leopard king. she was worried that their reputation in this beast city would be ruined with this incident so she planned find us to talk. she sent some guards to house selling agency to find our whereabouts and solve things out by talk.
What I was waiting for was this. I will make them feel guilty and with my fake kindness, they couldn't resist but have positive vibe of me.
The leopard queen came to me in the evening. she sincerely apologize to me of their lack of hospitality and rudeness. I thought that both leopard king and queen would be useless and rude but thank god that it was a false alarm.  now you are thinking why a female of beast world be this humble so here is the answer- 'most female like rosa and eudora in their teen are muddle- headed and dumb but the older female like this leopard queen are mature to understand their advantage and disadvantage.'
The leopard queen know her situation very well and why won't she be; as a queen she is engaged in politics of the beast city. The ape king has wolf king and tiger king by his side thus leopard king's side is far behind them in competition. with a slightest mistake they would be pushed to edge at any time. both party are wary of each other.
In the novel the dark politics and their tricks were not described to not have negative impact on kid's mind. it was just a fun romance story that any teenager would like to read but what is behind this simplicity is just turbulence. no peace at all. why would the leopard king choose to make his own separate city after the disaster.
Doliz-''Don't be apologetic my queen. you haven't done anything to apologize. It's just we are heartbroken with my king's treatment of unfriendliness. if we troubled you then we are sorry. we didn't intended to do so but we are new here and parker said to help us out in exchange for the help we provided in the camel hamp valley.''
Leopard Queen-''you are right cub. now whenever you need help just come to us cub. we wronged you first so we should make up for it.''
Doliz-''you said so my queen which is enough, I don't need anything and please don't be angry at my king because of me. if this incident spoil your relationship we would be very guilty.'' seriously, I don't want to make enemy any way possible.
Hearing my words even the leopard king who was standing outside was also moved. why won't he be, this is my killer move to get on very good book of both of them. whoever want's to play emotional politics with me, come on. it's my open challenge.  
Emotionally this emotional fool(L.Q.)hold my hand saying-''you are so good, kind, bla bla bla...'' with my hospitality to have dinner here and so she left my house politely declining.
Huff.. finally gone the headache. after dinner, on the bed, I was whispering something in his (harvey's) ear. On other hand baiqing was cuddling with parker on bed in their new house at the central area of city. yes this is the previous house of my harvey which they bought on loan from the leopard king, looks like it was destined.
