Episode 2: Captured

Clementine's POV...
I walked outside and I saw Walter had the survival knife. "I always liked this knife." He said. He opened the knife. "Gave it to Matthew when all this started. I know he's dead." Walter said. "Who did it? Was it that kid...whats his name, Nick?"
"It was us. It was our fault." I told Walter the truth. "Nick shot him."
"Jesus. I... I don't feel good." Walter tightened his grip on the knife. "Is Nick a good man? Or is he just like everyone else?" Walter asked.
"He is. He's a good guy, Walter." I told him. "He saved my life."
Y/n and Nick came outside. Nick saw Walter. "Whats going on?"
"You need to tell him." I said.
"Tell him what?"
Walter turned around. "Tell me what you did. Just tell me, son. Tell me what happened." Walter calmly asked.
"From a distance it looked like anyone. I... I though he- I thought was going to shoot my friends. And I... I shot. Matthew. But it happened real fast. I didn't... I didn't know if it hit him, but it did, and... I didn't mean to." Nick said, in a panicked, shaky voice. "I'm so sorry. I'm so sorry, Walter." Nick said. Walter threw his knife aside.

Y/n's POV...
We heard the wind turbine. Kenny, Luke, Sarita, and Carlos came out. "Walt! Whats going on?!" Kenny asked. We saw the wind turbine going faster. "This storm's got it spinnin' outta control. That sounds draw walkers. We gotta shut it down." Kenny said. Carlos and Nick got the guns. Nick held me and Clem two guns. I pulled out the gun I took from Sarah a few days ago. I thankfully found a few bullets during our hike to escape Carver. We went to the turbine. We heard a loud boom. Kenny and Luke ran off to check the transformer. I gave Clem my lighter and she grabbed the key. She used it to turn off the turbine. The walkers started coming. We started shooting them and going past them to the lodge. Me and Clem got cornered by a few. Clem and I shot at them, but we both ran out of ammo. Thankfully Carlos shot them. "Go!" He said. We kept moving. A walker came to us from behind a truck. I pulled out my gun, but remembered I was out. "Shoot!" I yelled. I whacked the walker in the face with the gun. I saw Clem with a rifle. "Shoot it!" I said. Clem shot at the walker, but the rifle blew her off her feet. I ran to grab the survival knife. I slashed at the walker's face, killing it. We kept running but we saw Nick was fighting off a walker. "Please help me!" He shouted. The walker went down with a bullet in its head. We saw Walter saved Nick's life. "Get inside! Go!" Carlos told us. We retreated inside the lodge.

"Clementine! Y/n! Whats going on?" Rebecca asked. Rebecca, Alvin, and Sarah were downstairs. We heard gunshots going off. "What the hell?" Alvin said. We looked outside and saw four people arrive at the lodge. "Carver!" Rebecca exclaimed. We saw the guy in a fur collar coat punch Carlos. "Dad!" Sarah ran outside. We started walking upstairs to hide. The door opened when Clem was behind a couch. We waited for one of the guys to turn around. Clem snuck up the stairs with us. We saw the four people round up our friends. Two men and a woman i didn't recognize, and the guy that was at the cabin. "Oh, that's Carver?" I whispered. "He's the guy I rushed out of the cabin."
"Clem can sneak out to find Kenny and Luke." Rebecca suggested.
"No. He'll kill Carlos, Bec!" Alvin said.
"Clem, its your choice." I told her.
"I'll go get Kenny." Clem said. Alvin helped her out a window. "Now we gotta go down there." Alvin said. Rebecca sighed. "Bill! Stop!" She yelled. Carver put down Carlos. We went down there and they tied me and Alvin up.

Clementine's POV...
I snuck around the lodge to try to find Kenny and Luke. I saw Kenny with his rifle. "Clem!" He exclaimed when he saw me. I checked the window to make sure no one was there. Once i saw I was okay, I ran to Kenny. "Are you okay? Did they hurt you?" Kenny asked.
"No, I'm okay."
"Is Sarita and Y/n okay?"
"They got them."
"Ah, shit." Kenny looked into the window and saw Y/n, Alvin, and Rebecca walk down the stairs. He saw he had a good shot on one of the guys. "Looks like they got everyone. Who are these people? Can we take them?" Kenny asked me.
"We have to try." I said. Kenny aimed his rifle at the guy at the window.

Y/n's POV...
I looked at Carver and his people. I heard a loud gunshot that broke the door, followed by the guy with a beanie on covering a window falling to the ground with a hole in his head. "Kenny...!" Sarita silently exclaimed. Carver walked over and grabbed Walter. He brought him to the window. "Go to hell you fu-!" Walter tried to fight back against Carver, but he shot Walter in the side of the head. "Walter!" I exclaimed.
"That's for our man! Now I didn't have to do this, but you ain't leaving me much choice. So here's whats gonna happen. I'm gonna march another one of your friends out here, and I'm gonna put a bullet in the back of their head. Or you can give up now. Your choice." Carver shouted.

Clementine's POV...
Kenny shot at Walter, but missed. "Motherfucker!" Kenny muttered. I saw another cover. "Kenny! Over there!" I said. We ran to the new cover. We saw Carver grab Alvin and bring him to the broken window. "Clem! I got a shot!" Kenny said.

Y/n's POV...
Carver brought Alvin to the broken window. I wasn't gonna let Carver kill someone else. "Bye, Clem..." I whispered to myself. I forced myself to my feet and ran to Carver to protect Alvin. Carver didn't see me, so I rammed into Carver. He punched me in the stomach, making me lose my breath. He punched Alvin and pushed him down. Then he grabbed me and held his gun to my forehead. At least I saved Alvin. I felt good about that. I also felt good that I made it this far with Clementine.

Clementine's POV...
I saw Y/n run into Carver. Alvin went to the ground, still alive. Carver grabbed Y/n. "Oh god. Y/n." Kenny said.
"Kenny, please don't shoot." I begged, worried for my brother. Kenny dropped his rifle.

Y/n's POV...
I closed my eyes, but then I heard the door open. Kenny and Clem came in with their hands up.

He had us all tied up. "Where's Luke?" Carver asked. He saw he wasn't with us and we gave no response. "Finally cut and run, huh? Why am I not surprised. I told not to follow him. But you're safe now." Carver said. "We're going home. As a family."
They rounded us up and brought us outside.
