Mike
His heart kind of dropped. He stared at them for a second before pretending it was okay and nothing had happened. He was pretty good at ignoring it, and you genuinely didn't realize he had saw them. He never mentions it until you guys are way older.
Dustin
He didn't realize until he asked you about it. You couldn't really give him an answer, and he figured it out. He just nodded, and tried reassuring you that he didn't care. He felt so worried, though even though he wouldn't say it.
Lucas
He glanced over at them and ignored it. He's the only one who won't say anything about it. Not because he wants to be rude or hurt you, but rather because he wants you to feel normal.
Will
His heart was broken. He has so many, and he just can't believe that you would do it too. He's stopped, but he doesn't know how to help you stop. He's very awkward about it and wants to help you in every way possible, but he doesn't know exactly how to do it.
Johnathan
He stared at them, and you noticed. You were embarrassed at the fact that he noticed and tried walking away. He quickly showed you his...that weren't in the private places. (Thighs) he forced a smile at you and told you it was okay and that he would try to help you no matter what.
Steve
He looked at yours, and then at his own. (Yes I have a headcanon that he SHs or has) did actually end up crying. Because of how fucked up the world is. It was just a bounce back to reality, and he didn't know how to react really. (He did not cry in front of you)
Nancy
She doesn't get it. Whether that's why someone as perfect as you would hurt their body in this way, or because she doesn't know anyone who does...or at least, that's what she thinks. (She's like me and attracts broken people...yay.) she's able to contain herself enough to walk away so she doesn't get in a fight with you.
Robin
She doesn't know how to react. So she walks away and then goes to tell Steve that her...friend (who went unnamed and was the label of friend) did it, and she doesn't know what to do. Steve helped her along with it. She has done it before and has a couple of scars, but she doesn't know how to react with the fact that you have as well.
Max
She glances at them and then starts talking to you about it. She did after she lost Billy, and she is not ready to let you continue without at least getting help. Whether that's from you, a parent, her, a therapist or something else. She just wants to make sure you're not trapped.
Jane
Didn't understand what they were. She thought they were battle scars...is she wrong though..? She didn't say anything about it, never thought anything of it.
Billy
Was upset. He thought it was all because of him, and how terrible he had been. If it had been two years or something like that earlier, he would've guilt tripped you into stopping or he would've hit you or something like that. But now he's better and he approached it a lot more lovingly and tried his best to help you.
Eddie
He used to, but he doesn't anymore. He looked over at them and just...admired them? To him, they're just the battle scars of a soldier who hasn't yet won the war.
