In the famous words of Jill Scott, a classy nasty😘
His hands on her hips and her arms around his neck. The rhythm of their hips was in sync. The grind of their bodies composed the most beautiful melody. It was purposeful for the greatest enjoyment. The two moved together like one.
Ben and Miranda didn't often have time to their selves with their busy schedules and growing family. Still, they promised to make time for each other and not lose touch with their relationship. Everything seemed to be happening around them so fast, and they had somehow started to lose connection to each other in their everyday busy. Still, they promised to make time for each other and not lose touch with their relationship. Still, they promised to make time for each other and not lose touch with their relationship.
But the two other individuals who thought they were sending signals to them served as a reminder that they were subconsciously missing each other. They needed to do something, so they made a vow to work on it. Although they hadn't been holding up to their promise, they finally managed to get a night just to themselves with an empty house to reconnect.
After finishing the dinner, Ben made for them, they sat on the couch sipping their wine, just enjoying each other's company and the light jazz music playing in the background.
Miranda turned to Ben and asked, "No concerns that we'll end up just friends?"
A smile crept onto Ben's face; he knew where this was going. "That what you're looking for?"
"No" She smiled.
"Me neither" Ben moved closer to her on the chair. "Look, uhm," He sat his wine glass on the coffee table, "I don't wanna be your friend; I have enough friends."
Slowly, Ben moved in to kiss Miranda. He slowly cupped her back, pulling her closer to him. Their lips met, and they kissed each other slowly and patiently. A slight pullback broke their kiss, allowing them to look into each other's eyes. A smile appeared on both of their faces, and they moved back in. This time Ben hungrily pulled Miranda's bottom lip, feasting on her and enjoying the taste. A slight moan slipped her lips and caused them to break apart.
They stared into each other's eyes and broke out into laughter. "I was so smooth back then, wasn't I?" Ben chuckled.
"No, but you're lucky you were cute," Miranda smirked.
Ben rolled his eyes as the corners of his lips curved into a smile. "Dance with me." He said as he pulled her up.
"Now, this part is new." Miranda laughed.
"You know I love to dance," he said as he pulled her arms around his neck. "Especially with you." He pecked her lips.
Miranda gave him a side eye, "Well, who else would you be dancing with, sir?"
He laughed a hearty laugh, "No one, you will always be my dance partner."
The two settled into a groove, Miranda's head laid on his chest, Ben holding her close as they swayed to the beautiful melodies. They were content. This was what they needed, a chance to reconnect and enjoy each other's presence.
After a little while, the two broke apart, and Ben went to run them a bath while Miranda cleared the table. Once she was finished, she grabbed a bottle of wine and two glasses and joined Ben in the bathroom.
Just as Miranda made it to their bathroom, the bath was finished. The two stared at each other intently as they stripped down to slide into the tub. Ben first, then her put out his hand to help Miranda in. They settled in and grabbed their wine glasses from the side of the tub.
A deep breath escaped them both. They both were desperately in need of some relaxation. Miranda pushed herself further back into Ben's chest. He sat his wineglass to the side and wrapped his arms around her.
