Revenge of the scarlet eyes

A long awaited face

Nobunaga lead us to a room and lit a few candles for light. He sat in front of the only exit and us three the opposite of the room. I couldn't stop shaking my leg. I was in the middle of the group who killed and stole the eyes of my clan. And now I'm being kidnapped and held here by one of the very own spiders. What am I doing? This wasn't how any of this was supposed to go. I was useless! Weak!
"No you're wrong!" Killua shouted, standing up.
Was I talking aloud? No, this was brought on by something else.
His aura held a very dark and sinister feel to it.
Nobunaga stood in a fighting stance with his sword
"Come at me and I'll cut you down." He warned.
Killua began walking towards him. His breathing was shallow, he seemed to second guess himself, as he turned back around and sat down beside me.

"So what's our plan?" I asked nonchalantly.
"I wonder if leorio is okay, I hope he was able to get ahold of mister Zepile..." Gon said looking at us.
I raised my brow at him, Killua paid no attention.
"Why does this matter now and who's mister Zepile?" I asked.
"Let's see, mister Zepile taught us cauterization, autopsy and something else.." Gon continued on.
"Okay really, I'm lost..." I faked chuckled.
"What was the other one?" He asked Killua.
"I forgot." He answered.

I rolled my eyes, they're going on about stuff I have no part in... I stood up.. pulling my Katana out. He's way to skilled for me, I couldn't take him on earlier what makes it different now?
"You know our difference in ability, you won't win this." He stood again grabbing his own Katana out.
"Yes I know." I swallowed.

What was I doing? Making a diversion so they could escape? Being stupid? Letting rage cloud my judgement? All of the above maybe.
"Well lets see what else you can do."
I pulled my Katana up and whack! A hand hit me hard on the back of my head.
"Ow!" I yelped, "what was that for?" I turned around to see Gon's angry face.
"Stop being an idiot!" He yelled.
"Huh?" Who does this boy think he is!
"We can figure this out together! You don't need to risk your life!"
We barely know each other and he already cares this much about me, he really is like Naruto... I can't help but care for him as well.

"So no battle?" Nobunaga interrupted our stare down.
"Ostomy!" Gon shouted.
"What?" I asked.
The two boys looked at each other with determination, I looked between the both of them with confusion.
"Now that we figured that out, let's go." They got into a fighting stance causing Nobunaga to continue his.
"Makota, just follow me okay?" Killua ordered
I nodded.
"You know your going to die." Nobunaga stated.
Killua and Gon dashed towards him.
"You fools!" He yelled.

Half way to him they darted opposite ways crashing though the walls. I looked at Nobunaga with a small smile, giving a two finger wave i jumped though the hole Killua made.
"If the exit is blocked, you've just got to make your own." Killua said once I caught up to him.
"I see now.. nice work!"

"Hey guys are you there?" We heard Gon call out.
"Yeah! We're here!" Killua answered.
"The three of us can take him on!" I shouted.
It wasn't true, but now Nobunaga would be thinking we are going to ambush him and stay in the building. I looked at Killua and nodded we bolted towards the exit and ran, Gon meeting up with us. We started running back to the city.
"So what do we do next?" Gon asked
"We know where their hideout is now.." I panted as we continued running.
"I want to fight them!" Gon exclaimed
"Yeah well I want to kill them...." I growled.
"We'll need to improve our chakra ability if that's what you decide... I don't know about you Makota but could you have actually taken him on?" He asked.

"No... he's way to skilled... I thought I would be ready when I saw them.. but I was wrong." I admitted sadly.
"The fastest way we can build up chakra and find an ability strong enough to win, is to find Kurapika and ask him." Killua said.
"I can't believe he killed that spider... he was so strong and Kurapika killed him..."
"We need to learn the ability that fits our chakra nature." Killua stated.
"Yes, you both definitely need to. Let's hurry... it's been hours since we left..."
I worried what Kakashi is going to say to me... I never told him I was going after the spiders... he would have been upset... if he's not already.
