Chapter 17

I Promise

"Fools......"

This voice sent chills down everyone's spine. They can never forget this voice, How could they? All of them started shaking once the lights went out. They could barely see anything.

"Elsa! I am scared" Anna was shaking so badly as her sister held tight protectively trying to comfort her.

Merida narrowed her eyes trying to focus, hoping she'd be able to notice any movement. Her senses came to life as she felt something was about to get thrown.

"Watch out!" She yelled as pushed Hiccup away from the chair that almost hit him. He tripped on the floor shocked but Merida pullef him up fast "Stay guarded!" She said then they stood back to back.

Kristoff and Flynn didn't wanna show it but they were scared as hell, maybe even more than the girls. Their body was frozen to their ground.... they did see that thing before but that doesn't mean they can get used to it.

Rapunzel on the other hand was in another world, this isn't her first time nor her second nor even the tenth. But she can never get used to this... she can always feel him with her even in broad daylight, it's like he's her dark shadow that follows her everywhere she goes. Everytime he comes to life around her she just feels numb, like she has no control over anything not even her own life or body.

She can always sense him whenever he's around and, right he's here.... and he's not happy.... at all. During all this, Jack didn't care about anything else except keeping Rapunzel safe, that thing scares the shit out of her. It was super dark already and he was trying to spot her.

All of them were scared and looking around searching for anything, expecting a sudden attack again like what happened to Hiccup just seconds ago.

"Show yourself!" Elsa yelled. She didn't wanna show him how much she was scared, moreover she wants to be strong for both Anna and Hans "Give me back my cousin!" She demanded. A sudden breeze of air brushed along the room and did not go unnoticed by them. A huge dark figure started appearing on the walls and it only kept getting bigger till it reached the ceiling.

In an instant this shadow marched at Elsa with a strong force that made all of them trip over and that thing just hovered over Elsa as she was lying on the ground with her back on the floor. She was finding it impossible to breathe as that thing opened its eyes and stared at her as if he could see her soul.

"WHO ARE YOU TO DEMAND ME!" That thing shouted. His voice was harsh and scary in a way that made Elsa scream.

"Stay away from her!" Beyond expectations, Flynn shouted bravely as he ran towards Elsa and pulled her up. Protectively he hid her behind him with his body and that shadow actually started laughing.

What is that thing!

"What do you want!" Anna yelled as they all stared at that shadow laughing at them and moving freely along the walls of the garage. It's like it's not even noon anymore since it was too dark... He made it too dark.

"What do i want ?" He continued laughing with his voice echoing everywhere "I WANT YOU TO SUFFER! THIS TOWN DESERVES TO SUFFER" He started shouting making them all shake in fear.

"Where's my sister! Where's my friend! What did you do to them! Bring them back you son of a bitch" Jack shouted bacl aggresively standing his ground. His frustration was obviously more entertaining to that shadow since it continued laughing "What do you fuckin want!"

"Anna" That shadow's voice echoed from the walls making them all looka around in fear "Afraid of being shut out" Anna's eyes widened, how did he know? "Elsa" He started again "Afraid of failure" Elsa gulped as she heard this, what is he trying to do? "Kristoff" When he said his name he just froze "Scared of being a liabilty" That's like Kristoff's deepest secrets "Flynn"
