𓆩♡𓆪┊The magnificent dragon above shone with gleaming gold scales and pale blue wing membranes, yet it struck terror much like a cannibal with its golden flames.
According to her family, Rebekah was a miracle baby, born as a blessing to Jaehaerys I and Alyssane Targaryen's youngest son, Calen, and his Princess Consort, Vivian.
Tragically, Calen passed away from illness when Rebekah was just four years old. Shortly after, Vivian Baratheon chose to end her own life by throwing herself out a window, leaving Rebekah scarred by witnessing her mother's death.
Rebekah was then bestowed with the title Princess of Summerhall to honor her late brother. When Calen passed, Rebekah, around six years old, was expected to inherit the Sun Queen moniker from her mother. Despite the initial shock, King Jaehaerys was proud of Rebekah for taming the fiery Sun Queen.
Rebekah closely resembled her late father, a fact not lost on her grandfather, King Jaehaerys, who sometimes referred to her as Calen in his final years.
Queen Alysanne became fiercely protective of Rebekah, especially after the deaths of Gael and Vivian. When King Jaehaerys passed away, Viserys was chosen as the heir, as the council could not accept a woman on the throne. Rebekah, though considered for succession, faced societal barriers.
Despite the challenges, Rebekah returned to King's Landing after spending two peaceful years at Summerhall. She was greeted with mixed reactions, but many were genuinely happy to see the Princess of Summerhall return.
Accompanied by her dragon, Helios, Rebekah soared through the skies, her silver-blonde locks dancing in the wind. As she landed in King's Landing, the people cheered, marking her long-awaited return.
