𓆩❤︎𓆪┊After the banquet instead of a bedding ceremony both Rebekah and Malyen escaped on Helios. The Lords were a bunch of disgusting pigs and her husband had already sliced off Jason Lannisters hand for insinuating it was selfish that not only one Velaryon but two married into Royalty.
Of course, Viserys thought it was well deserved. He could do no wrong and proved that Mal could love and protect his only niece. His comment disrespected not only the Velaryons but the Targaryen family. The only reason they were merciful was because of the other Lannister Tyland ( who was decent but he wasn't exactly great either).
Their honeymoon was spent in Pentos before traveling back to Summerhall. Rebekah was glad to be back home and didn't waste any time piling herself with work like making rules to ensure peace in the village and had been in the process of rebuilding the orphanage. Summerhall was known for its trade, architecture, harvests, and fish.
