"Ser Criston Cole's host has taken to exploiting the tree cover to conceal its movements," she began, her voice clear and steady despite the uncertainty. "He now only travels by night to confound our dragons."
Bartimos Celtigar leaned forward with a questioning look. "And what is Cole's heading?" he asked, his tone a mix of curiosity and concern.
Baela sighed, her eyes reflecting the weight of the uncertainty they all felt. "It is difficult to say, but there were signs of an army moving northwest, I believe."
Gormon Massey, seated across from her, chuckled derisively. "She believes," he mocked, shaking his head.
"You should've burned them when you had the chance," Ser Alfred said.
