Fifty-Five.

Anyone else watch the super bowl? Such a good game. There was also a commercial with Anthony Mackie and I cheered for him! Because why wouldn't I? 

Anywho... I'm only planning on two more chapters. There's no point in dragging this out, even though I could write about these two forever! I may randomly add a chapter here an there, but again I only plan on writing two more and calling it quits. 

If you're sad and want some recommendations on what other Bucky books are out there, I can list some of my faves! There are obviously WAY more out there than what I'll list. There are just ones that I've read and keep coming back to.

Anything by Woolfhounds. Personal favorites include Attachment Theory and Discretion. But seriously, anything by her is amazing!

And there's one that I can't seem to find anymore! It's about a doctor, Candace, who gets out of jail for a crime she didn't commit and comes across James (bucky) who is actually in the mafia/runs a weapons company and there's a little girl that they fall in love with who has cancer and they spoil her for Christmas. If anyone knows what I'm talking about, please put the name in the comments. I tried finding it and it's disappeared! The author wrote another one where James is her law professor and her roommate is obsessed with her. Can't find that one either... Now I'm upset....

Jana chased her two children into the training room where their dad was working with the Young Avengers. She tried to stop them before they could interrupt. Bucky never minded, but she knew it would distract the others and they had an important mission coming up. Tomas wasn't much of an issue, as he was still perfecting the whole walking/running/talking thing. Mira, though? She was a force to be reckoned with at nearly 5 years old. If only Morgan wasn't stuck to her dad's hip in the lab, then they could entertain each other. Tony had been gone for over a week and came back last night. His daughter often clung to him when he returned.

Understandable. Mira would be the same if Bucky ever had to go on a mission that was more than overnight. The team as a whole made it work so he hadn't had to be in the middle of a crazy amount of action. Whenever someone (aka the US Government) tried to force the issue, Steve and Tony went head-to-head with them and argued that Bucky was the best strategist of them all. Having him be their eyes and ears was best for their safety, since he could keep his cool and often knew how the 'enemies' brains worked.

It usually shut them up. Especially once the media caught pictures of the Barnes' while on a family stroll through Central Park one weekend. With photos of Mira laughing on Bucky's shoulders, ice cream dripping onto his head, his arm wrapped around Mirjana as she held Tomas splashed all over social media it was hard for the government to do anything 'bad' to Bucky. And the Avengers in general.

Soon after Bucky and Mirjana's family's photos were released, the others decided to release photos of their own. Tony, Pepper, and Morgan were spotted at a local Burger King eating cheeseburgers. Natasha, Steve, and their baby boy Joey were 'caught' leaving Stark Industries, where the artificial womb grew their baby the day he was 'born'.

The thought was the more people that knew who their kids were, the more people they had to look out for them. As long as 'the people' were on their side, they had less to worry about. And as soon as it made sense, all the kids would be trained on how to fend for themselves.

Clint still preferred to keep his family under wraps, so they remained anonymous. When Sam and Yelena finally became a couple, they agreed that they wouldn't have any kids for another 10 years. At that point they'd revisit their decision. Wanda had been a part of a mission to find Vision, who had gone into hiding after the whole Ultron debacle years earlier, and they had been quick to develop feelings. They were still unsure of whether or not they wanted to introduce their unborn twins to the public.
