The turtles gather in a circle, discussing their battle plan. Leo leads the way with a bit of input from Donnie about the technical side of things, sarcastic comments from Raph, and silly questions from Mikey.

I chug a water while listening to them. Sweat drips down my forehead, from my armpits, under my knees, in my hair, everywhere. Splinter gave me quite the workout, more intense than anything I've done before, but I like it. I feel stronger, more powerful. Especially after he taught me some new moves that I'll be practicing.

Leo assigns his brothers roles for their mission to go back to the Family hideout, gather information, and take them down. "So, what am I gonna do?" I ask him, putting my water down.

"You are going to stay at the lair."

"What? Why?" I raise an eyebrow, questioning him.

"Master Splinter still needs to train you a lot more before you're ready to fight these guys. Plus, you're still recovering from a pretty bad head injury. It's safest for you to stay here." Leo explains and I shake my head.

"I know these people, I know their schedule, I know the layout of the warehouse. I could be a great help to you guys. I gotta go, really. This is my fight and I'm not going to give up on it."

"Y/N, I know this is important to you, but it's just not safe right now." Leo continues.

"You've told us about a few of the most important people already. The most helpful thing you could do is draw a rough sketch of the place. Could you do that, Y/N?" Donnie asks, offering me a pathetic job to do. Whatever, I'll play along.

I sit in the main room with them, sketching out everything I can remember about the layout of the warehouse. I also include important passwords and what they unlock. "Here's my ID, too. Although, I don't know if it'll still work." I say, handing Donnie the ID. He smiles and thanks me, taking photos of everything on his t-phone and keeping the papers handy. Luckily, I still have another copy or two of my ID that I took from the apartment while moving.

They prepare to leave the lair, saying goodbye to Splinter and I. "You've helped us a lot, okay? I'm just trying to protect you. We'll be back soon, I promise." Raph says before waving goodbye and exiting the lair.

I quickly shower and figure out my own game plan. I'll show those guys I'm just as important and powerful as they are! Then they'll have to let me join them on their missions.

"You've helped us a lot, okay? I'm just trying to protect you. We'll be back soon, I promise." I say, staring directly into Y/N's gorgeous (e/c) eyes. She glances at the ground and huffs in disappointment. I'd rather have an angry girlfriend than a dead one, though.

We exit the lair and make our way to the gang's hideout. Hidden in plain sight, it stands in the middle of Manhattan. My heart beats faster, blood pumping as I can't wait to beat their asses.

A few of the guys are unloading boxes from a truck. "Time to break some gang necks." I say, getting my twin sais ready.

"Not yet, Raph." Leo says. I groan.

"When, then? This place deserves to be burned to the ground with all those monsters in it." I insist. Leo tells us to wait for his signal and follow Y/N's schedule for the best time to attack.

A raging mutant, standing well over six feet tall with grayish-brown fur, large triangular ears, a black nose, yellow eyes, and a long bushy tail stands upright, crossing his arms. He shouts commands at the men as they urgently move boxes.

"Woah, dudes, they got a mutant in their gang now!" Mikey exclaims, pointing at him.

"Not so loud, Mikey." Leo demands, shushing him.

"Looks like a coyote." Donnie points out. Who the hell is the new mutant? Of all the times we've been to the warehouse, never has a coyote mutant guy been here.

They finish their shipment without noticing us on a nearby rooftop. All this waiting is making me antsy. I pace around, twirling my sais, and telling Leo how impatient I am. Let's kick some ass already! I personally want to see them burn in agony for the harm they've inflicted on Y/N and I want to see it now.

When the time comes, Leo leads us into the warehouse. We take down the few occasional guys in our way as silently as possible and lay low. They're just newbies easily taken down within a few seconds, nothing to break a sweat over.

Donnie types in the passcode to the mutagen room, sticking his tongue out slightly as he works. There's multiple entrances and we're a few rooms away from the dungeon room. A harsh buzz rings out.

"Donnie!" I whisper in an urgent tone.

"That buzzing is gonna alert the gang, hurry up!" Leo urges him.

Donnie turns to us with squinting eyes and a vein popping out of his head. "I'm trying!"

"Well try harder!" These guys are dangerous. They keep defeating us alone, I don't know how we'll manage if the Krang shows up too and starts shooting lasers at us."

Finally, a chipper ring sounds as a tiny green light flashes and the door opens.

Y/N

Master Splinter is meditating in the dojo. I've already said goodnight to him and had some evening tea he offered. I check myself out in the mirror, my black leather jacket, signature red lipstick, painted nails, eyeliner and mascara, weapons in hand. Damn, I'm a total badass.

I sneak out of the lair quickly and quietly. Lifting the manhole cover, I enter the streets of Manhattan and make my way towards the warehouse.

I need to check into Papa's office. Checking the time on my t-phone, the Family should be gambling and smoking cigars in the break room. It's a Saturday night tradition to take the edge off after a successful mutagen transportation.

Papa's office has no real secret entrance straight from the outside. It's underground with no windows, security cameras, and a heavy door that's armed with locks and passcodes. I check my pocket to make sure I have my ID on me. Perfect.

There is a vent that leads to his office from the second in command's office and arms room. Somehow, the arms room is almost as heavily barricaded and secured as Papa's office, but Looney could be hanging in his office instead of gambling, so the arms room or hallway may be my best bet.

I break into the warehouse and carefully make my way down the hallway. Beep beep beep beep. Fuck! Flashing lights fill the otherwise dim hallway and blaring alarms sound. What the hell did I trigger?

Rushing to escape, I hold my weapon in my hand and sprint towards the door.

"Not so fast, Sugar Plum."
