Soooo, as you noticed by the title...I forgot today was Valentine's Day. I'm sorry, it's just...I think I have food poisoning, so I've been puking for the past day and a half. But I'm fine now...so here we go with the story...

<<<Simba's P.O.V>>>

Nala's heart started beating again, and I heaved a sigh of relief.

Without hesitation, I burst into her room, and saw her pale body, shivering.

I walked over to her slowly as she opened her eyes.

"Simba?" she asked weakly.

I smiled sadly, taking the seat next to her.

"I'm here, Princess." I reassured her.

She weakly stretched her arms out to me, and I wrapped my arms around her body.

"I'm so sorry, Princess. I didn't know Maddie would do this..." I apologized.

Nala put her finger on my lips, smiling.

She pulled me into a passionate kiss, not wanting to let go.

I didn't want this to stop either, so I pulled her closer to me.

We pulled our faces apart, out of breath.

We panted, and chuckled at each other's face turning red.

"I love you, Nala. I can't lose you." I whispered.

She leaned in on my ear, and whispered something so low, I couldn't hear it.

But I realized what she had said.

"I can't lose you either..."

I laid her back down carefully and the doctors came back into the room.

"Miss Dawson, we have to do surgery..." Doctor Ariel said.

I backed out of the room, heartbroken, but hopeful.

"Dear God, please help Nala. We need her...I need her." I prayed.

<<<Nala's P.O.V>>>

I had opened my big blue eyes to see a figure walking towards me.

My breathing hitched as my imagination took over.

What if it's Scar...coming back for...more?

My vision settled, and I saw Simba.

I silently heaved a sigh of relief, and smiled.

"Simba?" I asked weakly.

He smiled sadly, taking the seat next to me.

"I'm here, Princess." he reassured me.

I weakly stretched my arms out to him, and he wrapped my arms around my frail body.

"I'm so sorry, Princess. I didn't know Maddie would do this..." he apologized.

I put my finger on his lips, smiling.

I pulled him into a passionate kiss, not wanting to let go.

He didn't want this to stop either, so he pulled me closer to him.

We panted, and chuckled at each other's face turning red.

"I love you, Nala. I can't lose you." he whispered.

"I can't lose you either..."

He laid me back down carefully and the doctors came back into the room.

"Miss Dawson, we have to do surgery..." Doctor Ariel said.

He started to back out of the room, feeling sorry.

I wanted to scream for him, but the doctors had put a sedative in my arm, knocking me out...

<<<Simba's P.O.V>>>

I have been pacing back and forth for 20 minutes now.

She has to survive this...

She's strong...

I know she can do this...

We all need her...

These thoughts kept running through my head, as I paced in worry.

Elsa's hands were starting to form ice while Anna tried to calm her down.

I started pulling at my crimson mane in frustration and worry.

(3 Hours Later)

"Simba Mikaelson?" the doctor called.

Immediately, I got up, and ran over to the doctor.

"Is she okay?" I asked.

"She's fine. But, she's still heavily sedated, so if she slurs while talking, or pauses after a while, that's why." Doctor Aurora told me.

I nodded, and followed her to Room 403.

I looked at Nala's body, and it was immobile, as she gazed up at the ceiling, frozen in place.

"Nala?" my voice wavers.

She moves her head slowly towards me, and smiles weakly.

She looks drugged up.

"S-Simba?" she slurs.

My heart breaks at the thought of my fiancee being hurt and put under drugs and surgery.

"I'm here, love..." I whisper.

She looks at me, then down at the covers.

I got the hint...

Closing my eyes, I grab the covers, and peel them back.

When I open my eyes, I see Nala's legs had been bent in the right direction, meaning the doctors successfully healed my Princess.

I hugged her, and began to give her some water.

"S-Simba?" she asks, slurring.

"Yes?" I ask.

My eyes were already rimming with tears, and I swallowed that lump in my throat.

"I...I...l-love...y-you..." she stutters.

I feel like my heart is being run over my a semi-truck a million times.

I can't help myself.

I throw myself onto her, embracing her in the warmest hug ever.

"I love you, too, my queen..." I whisper in her ear.

And I mean that...

I really, TRULY, love her...
