The tsunami

Too many friendships has been sunken
Because there was a crack in the deck
I have tried in all might to patch that deck up
But the tape wasn't strong enough
The waves came rushing in, vigorously
I tried to steer this ship to shore
But you wanted to steer the ship right into the tsunami
I tried to talk you out of it
But you just wouldn't listen,
You steered the ship right into the mouth of the tsunami
And disappeared
There was no physical trace if you
Only memories of you
