I sat silently in the corner of the small plane, my senses were going haywire and my brain felt fuzzy as I stared into nothing. I continued to hug my knees to my chest even as the jet slowly landed in an unfamiliar place.

"Hey..." I glanced up to see Clint leaning over me with his hand out to help me up. I silently grab it, hauling myself up I begin following the others out of the plane quietly. We all followed the archer towards a beautiful, large farmhouse in the middle of no where.

Where are we?

I feel half confused and half drained from the earlier fight. When I glanced at everyone's face's I knew I wasn't the only one feeling lost. The only one other than Clint that seemed to recognize the house was maybe Nat, but she seemed pretty out of it still.

Clint pushed to the front, pushing the door open he calls out to someone. A beautiful woman with a large stomach comes out from behind a wall, pausing at the sight of the battle worn avengers- and Bruce.

I stood quietly, away from the others. I fiddled with the gold head piece I had taken off and was currently holding. The others spoke with each other but I couldn't focus.

I couldn't stop thinking about the pain I felt when she showed me my fear- or whatever that was. The pain I caused.

"Kat, you ok?" I looked up at Steve as he rested his hand on my shoulder. I shrugged his hand off. "Yeah, yeah I'm ok." I hate the weakness in my voice as I responded quietly. "Kat, come with me." I follow Clint as he leads me into a guest room.

"Here, you can take a shower- Laura will bring in a fresh pair of clothes for you." I nod in thanks. As soon as he closes the door behind him I immediately lock the door and put up sound proof barrier.

I let out a cry, and fall to my knees. I grab at my hair still screaming. The pain won't go away. After a few minutes of that my magic began to calm and my voice lowered until it my sobs subsided.

I rub aggressively at my eyes and storm towards the bathroom door. I lock the door behind me and step out of my uncomfortable body suit. I jump under the steaming water as I try to relax my raging thoughts. All I could think about was the girl, her powers... they felt so familiar.

So similar to my own.

I stepped out from under the spray to dry off. I wipe off the water and put on the large Henley and pair of sweats I find outside the door.

"Kat, you in there?"

I glanced over to the door as I pulled the shirt over my head. I wave my hand, opening the door as I moved to sit on the bed leaning against to headboard.

In the doorway stood Iron man himself, Tony stepped into the room and cautiously sat on the edge.

"How are you kid?" I fiddled with my fingers as I shrugged my shoulder. "I've been better." He chuckled at my words, looking down at his own hands. I reached out with my powers to skim his thoughts.

He was worried, worried I couldn't handle what happened. And guilty- thinking it was his fautlt. I let out a sigh as I moved to sit at the older mans side. "I'm Ok Mr. Stark..." My voice was quiet as I looked over to him watching his shoulder loosen slightly.

"I'll bounce back."
