KATRINA

"Do you want some?"

Kat looked up from Wandas food to blink at said girl. "What?" Wanda chuckles peering at her over the rims her red sunglasses, gesturing down to the fries in front of her.

"I can see you staring at my fries." Katrina ducks her head in embaressment. "Sorry... But yes- I would like some." With a grin she swipes a few of the fries and stuffs them in her mouth.

The two witches share a laugh, gaining a could glances from other patrons at the cafe they were currently eating at. "So, hows it going with the bookstore?" Kat asks once she finishes the fry in her mouth.

Wanda pauses, looking up in thought. "Not too bad, no ones seemed to have recognized me yet." She shrugs reaching for another fry. "Its fun, not having to worry about fighting evil nazis- or evil robots." Wanda cracks a grin.

Kat chuckles, glancing down at the book she had been attempting to read. "How do you think Vis is doing?" Wanda pauses again, pushing up her sunglasses pursing her lips. "I think he's doing well, he seems to enjoy working at that accounting place." Katrina hmms.

"And Tony?" Wanda stiffens, pulling her arms off the table and tucking them into herself. "What about Stark?" Katrina frowns at the youngers shift in tone. "Look, I know how you feel about him- but hes technically Vis' dad; Has he tried contacting him again?" Wanda pouts slightly.

"Not that I know of."

Katrina nods.

"Ok."

They both sit in silence for a moment, Wanda returning to her fries and burger- and Katrina picking her book back up.

Katrina glances over the page several times, unable to actually focus on any of the words. Her eyes keep slipping up to admire the girl across from her. Wanda was focused on the food in front of her, not realizing Kat was openly staring at her now.

Her green eyes were staring down intently at her food as she scarfed it down. She had to keep reaching up to push back her red hair with black painted nails- and pushing up the red sunglasses occasionally.

Wanda finally looked up, pausing when she realizes Kat is gazing at her. "What?" Wanda asks her face taking a pink tinge as she rubs at her mouth self-concously.

"Nothing, sorry.." Kat quickly looks back down at her book embarressed. "No, what is it?" Wanda asks reaching over to cover the book with a hand, bringing Katrina's eyes back up to here.

"Nothings... it's just..." She pauses making Wanda raise a brow. "You look beautiful.." Kat finally says glancing away awkwardly.

"Oh."

Wanda's face pinkens, a small smile forming. "Thank you." Katrina nods, still looking away embarressed.

Silently, Kat reaches for her own pair of sunglasses sittign on the table and slips them on with a cough before returning back to her book.

The two walk silently down the road, the sun starting to set behind them. Their hands would occasionly brush against each other as the walked.

Hesitantly, Kat reached over at linked her pinky with Wandas still looking straight. Wanda glanced down at Katrina in surprise before smiling. Nothing was said as they turned a corner, the little bookstore coming into view.

They pause briefly so Wanda can unlock the front door to let them in. Kat waited beside the counter as Wanda turns to lock the door before following after Katrina up the stairs and into the small three bedroom apartment.

"Vis we're home!" Wanda calls as the both stop in the entry to take off their shoes and jackets. A faint response came from Visions room, making Katrina chuckle as she wandered over to the kitchen.

Flicking her fingers she uses her magic to set the kettle on the stove and start boiling it. Katrina grabs two mugs from a shelf and sets them on the counter besides the stove, a wave of her hand brings the tea bags over to her from behind her. She sways her hips to imaginary music as she does so.

Wanda pauses in the door way giggling quietly. "What?" Katrina asks when she turns, a grin on her face. "Just... they way your dancing is funny." Katrina smirks, and with another twich of her hand music starts playing from the stereo in the living room.

"Show me your moves then, if mine are so funny." She gestures to the younger in frotn of her with a satisfied grin. "No, I-i don't dance." Wanda shakes her head raising a hand. Katrina scoffs, stepping forward to meet Wanda in the center of the kitchen.

"That is total bogus! I've seen you dance." Wanda blushes. "I only now ballroom dancing." Her fingers were playing with her rings; a nervous tick that Katrina picks up on.

"Well then."

Katrina dramatically presents her hand raising a brow. Wanda grins, taking the offered hand making a noise of surprise when Katrina pulls Wanda into her, Kats other hand moving to wrap around Wandas waist respectfully.

Wanda laughs, wrapping her arms around Katrinas shoulders. The two both sway in beat to the music, giggling to each other.

They both pause when their eyes meet. Katrina's eyes slowly moved down to glance at Wandas lips, which opened slightly. They locked eyes again, both leaning forwards slightly.

"What are you doing?"

They both flinch, jumping away fron eachother when Vision speaks startling them. Now that they were apart they coould hear the whistling of the kettle that had summoned Vision from his room.

The android- now looking very human- tilted his head at the two girls in confusion. "My apologies, I didn't mean to startle you." Katrina, who had grabbed the kettle was turned away from the other two in the room shrugged. "Its alright Vis, we were just..."

"Distracted." Wanda finished for her when she trailed off. Wanda smiled at her friend, turning towards teh man. "Sorry if we distirbed you Vis."

Vision glanced between the two with a confused frown. "It's alright..." Slowly the android turned, leaving the kitchen glancing behind him briefly. Awkwardly, Wanda and Katrina glanced at each other before Katrina let out a laugh.

"That was embarressing." Wanda laughed as well, her hand playing with her rings agian. "Yeah.." They both turn away from each other.

Kat glances behind her as Wanda walks down the hall towards her room without a word.
