I've been staying in Atticus' room for 4 days, hindi niya ako inaalis sa tabi niya. I let him because even if I denied it so hard, it's still him that my heart screams for.

We're currently above his bed, cuddling. Tomorrow is Christmas, I don't know if he'll go home and celebrate it with his family but if ever he will, I'm fine with it. I have already my plans and he can't hinder them too.

“When did you start to love music, Lav?” he asked combing my hair using his free hand.

I'm using his other hand as my pillow, I'm facing his chest, and I'm hugging his waist. I'm getting comfortable with his presence again.

“When I learned that I know how to sing, Atti,” I answered.

Bata pa lang ako ay mahilig na akong kumanta pero I was 17 when I started to compose a song. I was able to finish it when I was in pain. And I'm glad that I survived that phase.

“I finished my first song when you left me,” I murmured.

Natahimik siya sandali. Sininghot ko ang amoy ng damit ni Atticus, ang bango eh.

“Sorry, Lav. Babawi ako promise,” mahinang sabi niya.

“It's fine, Atticus. I've moved on,” I said still smelling his shirt.

Ginayuma niya 'ata ako.

Bigla siyang bumangon kaya naiwan akong gulat na nakahiga pero nakatingin sa kan'ya.

“Ayaw mo na talaga sa'kin?" he asked scared and anxious.

“What's in the past, remains in the past. Let's focus on the present, hmm?” I continued.

“You deserve everything the goods that the world could offer, Lav. But all I did is give you pain. I-”

“Are you trying to say that I deserve someone better?” I hissed cutting his words off.

“W-what? Of course not! I'll do better this time, Lav. Yes, you deserve better and I'll be better for you, for me to deserve you,” he said caressing my face.

Mabilis niyang hinalikan ang aking labi.

“Ang landi mo na, Atticus,” sabi ko na nakatitig sa kan'ya.

“3 years, Lav. 3 years ang nasayang na hindi ko nahalikan 'yan, babawi ako,” sabi niya pa at akmang hahalikan ulit ako pero agad kong tinakpan ang kan'yang bibig.

Halik lang pala ang dahilan niya para balikan ako! Siraulo.

“I'm hungry,” sabi ko kaya natigilan siya.

Inalis ko ang kamay sa bibig niya at bumangon. I want to eat outside, nagsasawa na ako sa pagmumukha ni Atticus.

“I'll cook-”

“We'll eat outside,” sabi ko at inirapan siya.

He looks anxious when I look at him. He's afraid that I'll leave and avoid him again.

“Hindi ako aalis, Atticus,” I assured him and he sigh.

Tumango siya at nanatiling tahimik. I told him that we'll go to my room first, and I'll change my clothes and he silently obeyed.

Nang pababa na kami ay tahimik pa rin siya pero nakahawak siya sa kamay ko. Minsan ay hinahalikan niya ang aking noo na walang binibitawang salita.

When we get inside the hotel's resto, I saw Charles with his woman. Hinila ko si Atticus papunta kung saan sila. Bumitaw ako sa kamay ni Atticus nang huminto kami, I kissed Charles's cheeks and I heard Atticus clear his throat at hindi ko nalang pinansin.
