The reason why the bees run out of energy is because their program is only designed to have so much energy. After sometime, the program starts to shut down which leads them to needing to rest. Polar Bear inserts a chip into all of the bees that basically hacks them for a little when you earn Polar Power to give the bees more energy so they don't have to sleep as much. These chips were first invented by Robo Bear and then he handed them down to Polar Bear.
