Spirit Bear hides on the very top of the mountain because Robo Bear decided to kill Spirit Bear's sister because she didn't want to work with Robo Bear. Spirit Bear is traumatized and scared of Robo Bear of this and that's why she hides on the very top of the mountain. Robo Bear is searching for Spirit Bear to come and kill her next. Windy Bee helps guard the 35 bee zone and protects it to make sure Spirit Bear is safe from Robo Bear. She doesn't just give away her petals to help us advance, she also gives them away because she knows there is a possiblity that Robo Bear will find her and possibly kill her soon. Windy Bee isn't made by Robo Bear, Spirit Bear created Windy Bee using mother nature. Windy is a mythical bee. Spirit Bear found a way how to make bees and is now using it against Robo Bear.
