Heres how Memory Match works. When Spirit Bear wanted to add Memory Matches all around the map, she had to talk to certain people first. For the Night Time Memory Match at the top of the 30 bee zone, she had to ask Onett and BBM for permission to place it there. For the Extreme Memory Match she didn't have to ask anyone for permission besides Windy Bee to place it there. For the Mega Memory Match she had to ask Science Bear for permission to place it there. For the Memory Match she had to ask Pro Bear for permission to place it there. These were meant to be for fun and you didn't have to pay for them until Robo Bear changed that. He decided to hack into the systems of the Memory Matches to make them cost honey so whenever you buy to play Memory Match Robo Bear hacks into your account and steals your honey. He doesn't mean for it to be a bad thing since you get rewarded for matching things.
