Heres how sparkles is also connected to Robo Bear. Robo Bear has programmed the Bubble Wand, Sunflower, Pumpkin and Pineapple statues/objects to randomly appear with a face on it. The reason why the face appears on them is so then they can start spitting out the sparkles to reward us. Robo Bear programmed the faces to only last a little before disappearing and same with all of the sparkles on the fields. The rewards that you get from sparkles is depending on the field and is also completely programmed by Robo Bear. The pattern and shape that they spit is also completely programmed by Robo Bear each time. These sparkles are programmed to reward us and help us through our journey.
