"Hey Bruce, are you okay?" Nat follows Bruce into a seperate room.
"Huh, oh yeah I'm- I'm fine" he sits down and rubs his temples
"You know I still haven't asked you how you've been coping, I mean you were closer to Stark than any of us" she takes a seat next to him "i know youre taking it hard, you've already lost someone close to you and now this" she rubs his shoulder.
"I know, but I- I- i don't wanna talk about it, i just need space"
"I want you to talk to me like you talk to Y/N, about your troubles, I want to he there for you. Like it used to be" she trails off.
"But nothing's how it used to be Nat. You- you've got Bucky now, I don't want to get in the way of that"
"But your not, that shouldn't get in the way Of our friendship"
"Friendship?" He scoffs, they overhear the sound of Pepper's row "we all know how those turn out. The last thing" his voice begins to crack "the last interaction, me and Tony had, was an argument. I hurt him Nat, he found out about us- on the mission that day. We could have stopped him if we weren't dawdling around. Oh I don't know, I'll just think it's my fault all of this I-"
"Hey" Nat interrupts with a soft and comforting voice, "that was all inevitable to happen, okay. Don't blame yourself"
Bruce looks up into Nat's eyes and finds his comfort. After a few long, hard seconds of belonging and stares, they kiss. Does she feel guilty? Yes. Does she regret it? No. The same with Bruce.
They release and over hear footsteps approaching the room they're in, it's Bucky.
"I have to go" Nat releases then stands.

Bucky and Steve try chase after you, but you get a taxi and drive back to the tower.
Getting in the next taxi, Steve stops Bucky "no, you stay. Pepper still needs someone by her side right now, so does Natasha"
Bucky nods "order's an order" and heads back to the hospital.
Pepper is sitting on a chair with her head in her hands, but there's no sight of Natasha or Bruce. Fuck, Bucky thought.
Walking around, he overhears some subtle sounds coming from a room down the hallway on the right. Walking in he sees his girlfriend and the doctor awkwardly standing up.
With a look of question, Bucky raises his eyebrow
"Buck, I-"
"Don't worry, she wasn't doing anything. I just came to cool down, Nat just gave me water" Bruce picks up a random cup from the floor and shows it to Bucky "I'll leave you two alone" he heads out leaving Bucky and Nat alone.
He holds out his hand and she takes it, letting out a small smile, he does too. Both were a fake, but neither needed to know.
