Rainbow: It was the weirdest thing. Her shadow was gone.
Rainbow Dash was explaining the events of the previous night to the girls.
Twilight: Are you sure you didn't just imagine it?
Fluttershy: We were standing under the streetlights the whole time. Although The lights didn't come on until right before she left... Twilight: See? You probably just missed it.
Pinkie: *gasp* There she is now! Let's go ask her!
Rarity: No darling, wait! You can't just-
Rarity's words fell on deaf ears as Pinkie Pie ran up to Violet.
Pinkie: Hey Vi! Quick question! Where was your shadow on the night of... yesterday?
She pulled out a magnifying glass from...somewhere and held it up to her face.
Pinkie: And don't lie to me either. I know where you live! Violet: Y-you do?
Pinkie: Well, not really. That was just for added effect. But-hey you didn't answer my question!
Violet: Wait, what was the question again?
Pinkie: Where was your shadow on the night of yesterday?!
Violet: Wait, what?
Twilight: We were just hoping you could get a logical explanation concerning the absence of your shadow. At least according to these three that's what happened.
Violet visibly paled and held her hands up to her face.
Violet: Oh shoot, it was last night and I didn't even realize it...
Applejack: What was that?
Violet: Oh sorry... I-I have to go!
She ran down the hallway and out of sight.
Rainbow: Ok, she's definitely hiding something.
