They stopped and Rainbow Dash watched as Aura put a hand on her daughter's shoulder. She looked up with a tear stained face.
Violet: Wh-what was that?
Rainbow: Um...sometimes a ghost's energy can affect the living. I forgot what it's called though.
Violet looked around.
Violet: M-mom? What happened?
Aura: Honestly, I don't know. One minute, me and your father were driving home and the next, the car seemed to have mysteriously flipped over, and the next thing I knew...I was like this.
Rainbow told everyone what she said.
Soarin: Maybe that was caused by the spell.
Violet: Wait! What happened to dad?!
Aura: I don't know. I haven't seen him, since.
Rainbow repeated it to the others. Violet groaned as she got up and started walking away.
Violet: I don't feel so good. I'm just gonna go home.
Twilight: Wait! Before you go, there's a secret wing in the library all about this subject. We can go look into all this while you rest.
Violet: Thanks.
After she left, Rainbow Dash turned to Twilight with a raised eyebrow.
Rainbow: You? Skipping class? I didn't think you had it in you!
Twilight sighed and looked towards the school.
Twilight: I'll do anything to help a friend. Oh, but I sure hope this doesn't go on my permanent record!
