Soarin: Where the heck are we?!
Violet2: You're in Limbo, Home of the Shadows.
Scootaloo: This place is pretty creepy!
Twilight: Why did you bring us here?!
Violet2: Like I said, I didn't want anyone else to know about us. You humans would interfere with our mission.
Rainbow: What's this mission you keep blabbing on about?!
Violet2: That is none of your concern.
Rarity: Well you did say something about 'freeing you kind' if I'm not mistaken.
Rainbow2: Well, once upon a time or whatever, our kind lived in-
Violet2: What part of 'none of your concern' do you not understand! Have you no loyalty to your people?!
Rainbow2 shrugged.
Scootaloo: Hey, I wanted to hear that story!
Soarin: Was she trying to say your kind in our world once?
Violet2: *sigh* Well if you must know, a long time ago our kinds used to live in peace for a long time.
Pinkie: Exactly how long ago?
Violet2: I'm not sure. About a thousand years ago? Anyway, despite the temporary peace, our kind was still treated unfairly by the humans. We decided to fight back, and a war broke out between us.
Applejack: How come we've never heard of this. You'd think that be in the history books.
Violet2 sighed. (She was doing a lot of that today)
Violet2: I was getting to that! One of you humans used a spell to banish us her-
Scootaloo: Did you say spell?
Pinkie: As in magic?!
Twilight: What are you talking about? Magic doesn't exist! (Look who's talking)
Violet2: Don't interrupt! Anyway, that man banished us here and sealed the gate. Luckily, our Master managed to leave a key behind in your world.
Soarin: You mean...
Fluttershy: That incantation?
Violet2: Exactly. And since my counterpart was the one to read it, the gate opened for me to cross through to your world. Unfortunately, it let out a few others as well.
Rainbow: You mean there are more of you shadows people just roaming around in our world?!
Violet2: Yes, but since they intentionally summoned there, they're only mere shadows. I was able to take a solid form.
Fluttershy2: Why are we just standing around explaining our life story? I thought we were gonna fight!
Violet2: Oh yes, I almost forgot.
Scootaloo: We're not afraid of you!
Rainbow: Yeah! We've already beaten one demon!
Pinkie2: You mean Nightmare?
Fluttershy2: We're way stronger than that loser!*
Violet2: And another thing...
Suddenly, they heard whispers coming from all behind Violet2 and the other shadows. They saw more shadow like beings coming towards them.
Violet2: We're not alone.
*I know what you're thinking. Fluttershy being mean is weird to me too.
