2-Nobody There

Twilight walked quickly towards the library after the girls' smoothie date. As much as she enjoyed it, she had to get this report done. She pushed open the doors, instantly quieted down, as the librarian was not a force to be reckoned withered she was mad. As she made her way towards the non fiction section, she passed by a mirror hanging in the wall. She smiled as looked at the star shaped necklace hanging around her neck, catching the last rays of the sun and reflecting light on the walls. It was a sign of their friendship, and with that necklace, she would never forget. She clutched it tightly in her fist as she scoured the shelves, looking for the right book. When she found it she cheerily made her way to the front desk. She caught sight of an unfamiliar lady with tan skin, punk and red hair, and green eyes. behind the desk. Twilight had never seen her before, and she would since she came here like, all the time.
Twilight: Excuse me miss, can I check out this book please? I'm Twilight. I've never seen you around before.
The woman looked up in surprise.
?: U-um... Ok. My name is Aura. It's been a while s-since anyone really spoken to me.
Twilight: What do you mean? Don't you work here all the time?
Aura: Oh n-not really. You see-
?:Um excuse me, Twilight Sparkle?
Twilight turned around to spot the librarian, Mrs. Cheerilee, looking at her with a confused and concerned look.
Cheerilee: Can I help you?
Twilight: Oh that's ok. Aura was helping me out here.
She gestured towards Aura for emphasize.
Cheerilee: I'm sorry, what? I don't know any... Aura around here.
Twilight laughed nervously.
Twilight: Wh-what do you mean? Didn't you hire a new librarian?
Cheerilee walked slowly over to Twilight and put a hand on her shoulder.
Cheerilee: Honey, there's no one there.
Twilight: B-but there's-
She turned around only to find that no one was behind the desk.
Cheerilee: Twilight, are you okay?
Twilight put the book on the desk and walked backwards out of the library.
Twilight: Um... You know what? I can just get the book later. My physics report can wait.
She ran out the library leaving an opened mouthed Cheerilee standing there.
When Twilight got home she ran up the stairs, pushing past her younger brother, Spike and shutting the door. She pulled out her phone and called the girls.
Twilight: Uhh, guys? Meet me before school in the courtyard. We have something SERIOUS to talk about.
