*ring ring ring ring* it's been a few hours since I have been home and I have a random number FaceTiming me but I declined it and texted the person
Raven:who is this
Unknown number:it's Payton answer the phone baby girl
Then she immediately called me again so this time I picked up just looking at the phone "can you here me you look frozen"
I nodded my head "ight well we just got out of practice so send the address and we'll be over soon" why couldn't have she just text me that my thumbs work
I nodded my head then hung up the phone they are really starting to bug me now but I just sent them the address then got up to walk up to my parents room
To see them just laid out on the bed chilling "what's wrong honey are you ok this is normally your nap time" I shook my head no as I walked over to the bed kicking my slippers off and slithered my way into my dads cuddle session
"No you remember the people we had over for dinner yesterday well they kids have been harassing me like trying to talk to me and stuff but now I have a group project with them and they have to come over the house
They creep me out I don't like them" both my dads chuckled "you can't knit like people just because they try and talk to you peoples talking to you is apart of life"
Pops said but I shook my head "no but they call me like baby girl and stuff it freaks me out pops calls me that it gives creepy" we I said that they fell apart laughing "Raven it's a pet name
You give pet names to the people you like they probably like you because that girl is clearly gay and a boy is just gonna be a boy maybe your do for a boyfriend
Or girlfriend at the rate your going we aren't gonna have any grandkids" my dad said and i immediately sat up "I don't want kids y'all better adopt"
My dads shook their head "girl bye get out our room and get ready for your guest we have snacks in the pantry and we'll order some food have fun baby girl I'll let you know when the food gets here"
I rolled my eyes as I rolled out of their bed and slowly dragged my body out the room groaning loudly

*time jump*
*knock knock knock knock*
I was currently sitting on the couch watching tv when someone started knocking on the door I really hope it's the food because I'm still dreading them coming over
But I got up anyways and opened the door to indeed see from who I know now is Payton and I still don't know the boys name but they both stopped in the door frame as soon as they seen me
And just sat there looking at me but from what I said before Baltimore is way colder then where I'm from so I had to talk "are y'all gonna come in or are we gonna do the project on my porch"
They both snapped out of it then walked into the house "y'all can hang your coats up behind the front door and follow me" they moved fairly quickly which I liked then they followed me to the kitchen
So I then opened the pantry "pick what snacks y'all want and my dads ordered food probably pizza so yeah and I have drinks in my fridge downstairs unless y'all like sparkling water and cranberry juice
They both shook their head and finished getting snacks before I closed the pantry and walked them downstairs to my room "your room is in the basement" I nodded and continued to walk down for them to see my room
Like i said before it's being as fuck probably bigger then the living room I have my own bathroom a king side bed and a mini fridge and microwave some of my art supplies and my studio stuff
I needed a very big space for all my thing especially my clothes and shoes I have to much "my lights are red right now just let me know if y'all want me to change them"
This is the most they probably heard me talk but my parents would kick my ass if they found out I was being a terrible hostess especially to my dad's coworkers kids yeah I don't wanna hear it
"Nah we good" I nodded "then let's get started"

We are an hour into studying and we are listen to music all looking for different thing but all of a sudden Brandon closes his laptop so I look up but didn't say anything maybe he has to pee or something
But I made a face when Payton did the same thing so I slightly lowered my laptop and said "is everything ok" they both looked up at me from their seat because
I don't like people in my bed with outside clothes on that's what we have the den for so they are sitting in my fluffy basket chairs
"We have been studying for 2 hours straight with no breaks in complete silence can we take a break" I shrugged "y'all can do whatever it's your body if you feel like you need a break take one"
Payton then stood up walking over to me as I was sitting cross on my bed and closed my laptop all the way "I mean all of us take a break and chill for a little eat snacks and get to know each other"
I made a face "why y'all came over for a school project not a meet and greet let's just try and finish this so we can be done this"
Payton then scuffed "why do you act like that" I raised an eyebrow "act like what exactly"
