Ravens pov
"RAVEN THE DOOR" my dad yells so I get up from the couch and answer the door not only to see Jackie but also Star "hey girl how you doing"
I made a face as I stood at my door with my arms crossed "I'm fine what do y'all want and why are y'all at my house" they both looked at me with concerned faces and I was genuinely confused
"Can we come in" I huffed and rolled my eyes again but I guess I entertain them I ain't got shit better to do Tank had a game today which sucked but fuck it
"I guess come on" I then walked back over to the couch to turn the tv off then I walked them towards my room because lord knows what they are about to say
Then when we finally got in my room I sat on my bed while Star sat on my chairs "now what do y'all need that couldn't have waited until Monday and that y'all had to enter my home"
Star was playing with her fingers nervously and said "are you dating Tank" I rolled my eyes everybody seems to want to be in my business "why do y'all wanna know y'all have been asking me for weeks now"
Star scooted her chair closer and said "well we already knew Tank was a ain't shit nigga but a rumor got out that you two were dating and a girl from his school found out and she's supposed to be his girlfriend of 3 years
And get this she's in the year book committee at her school and she runs the Instagram pages so she started to bash both of you so now when you go back to school and everybody's calling you a hoe you know why"
I rolled my eyes taking a deep breath as I ran my fingers through my hair I can just never win "maybe it's just girl in this city because y'all are literally very spiteful but no me and Terrell are not together
I told him I'm not ready for a relationship so that shit can get deaded right now shìt Finna blow me" a look of relief came over their faces and Star said "we just wanted to tell you so you would know what your gonna be walking into in Monday and your personality has done a drastic change
We just wanted to make sure your ok I think it's the least I can do seeing as though what we have put you through you are a really good friend Raven and I'm sorry I took it for granted"
I huffed "no I'm not ok I moved to this ghetto ass city then I had to drastically change in 4 months now I'm fighting getting called all types of names and I lost the two people that meant the most two me over me being scared of changing
Even though I did change but it was for the worst" I tear fell down my face I royally fuck up and I don't know what to do anymore
"Don't worry Ray you have us here for you we might not be friends right now but I wanna work my way back to you trusting me so we can be friends again and Jackie would like to be your friend to your a great person your just going through something right now"
I nodded "I would like to be friends with y'all to if it's a genuine friendship this time" they both nodded and that's good I really hope they are telling the truth
*time jump*
It's like an hour later and the girls just left we basically caught up in all things that happened for the last couple months and it was interesting to say the least but I'm waiting for Tank to get to my house to confront him
*knock knock knock knock* speaking of the devil I then got up to open my door but I didn't move from the doorway and said "aye look I don't think this thing between us is gonna work out"
He made a face "bro what are you talking about" I pulled out my phone to show him the page then I handed him my phone "I was told today that you had a girlfriend but you were still trying to date me
People kept telling me that you were a hoe but I brushed it off because I really started to like you but it's clear you like a lot of people"
He looked at me like I was crazy "Raven you said it yourself you didn't wanna be with me right now so who am I to cut off everybody when your indecisive"
"Don't blame you talking to other girl on me because you have had this girlfriend for three years now way before you met me maybe that's why I was indecisive Terrell
I've been hearing shìt like that before we even started talking I just needed proof and now that I have it I don't this this is gonna work out like I said
But we can still be friends though"
He looked highly upset but how are you mad at a problem you made yourself like be fucking for real right now
"Raven I don't wanna be your fucking friend you think I fucking spend the last two months at your house to become your fucking homeboy"
I looked at him stupid "that was your choice to make I like being alone so the fact that you went out your way to be up under me is kinda a you problem maybe the outcome of this would have been different if you didn't put you eggs in so many basket"
He angrily ran his hands over his face "you know what Raven your really something else yo you really need to get your priorities straight or your gonna have to learn to live being alone you have a nice life Ray"
He then walked off my porch and into his car pulling off and I just closed my door and flipped on my couch
Now I have to find a way to apologize to Payton and Brandon
