Raven pov
One week later
Ok so it's been a week since my altercation with Payton and Brandon we haven't talked like at all they haven't even tried bother me
Which I care but don't really care about because what I said really hurt their feelings but they needed to hear it I don't think we are good for each other and what's the point of being in a relationship
If one party doesn't think the relationship is gonna work like it literally makes no sense but anyways I am currently at the basketball game doin community service well it's before the game I'm just helping to clean and set up
But we are all almost done but we are cleaning in pure silence because everybody that has been chosen for community service because of suspension hate each other
But after we are all done I'm gonna go sit in the library until after the game then the other have to get ready to play,cheer,and take pictures
"Where the other trash bags" Star said but everybody ignored her so she asked again "hello so y'all can't hear now" I rolled my eyes and started walking to the janitor closet because we due in fact need more trash bags
They had a pep rally in the gym for the football team winning the championship so we are going through trash bags like crazy
But as I'm walking over to the closet I see a big figure and before I bumped into it I looked up to see the boy I literally bump into every game "I think your just trying to bump into me on purpose now"
I said in a playful tone but was dead ass serious ain't no way you just magically appear in front of me every game "like I said before baby girl it's probably just destiny"
I rolled my eyes "the game doesn't star for another 2 hours what are you doing here" he chuckled and looked at me funny but then realized I was actually confused "oh shit you don't know coach shake is my pops
Even though I go to a different school I come to every game that's how I'm so cool with the kids in this school" I nodded "ok well you have fun then I think your dad is in the locker room but I could be wrong"
I was about to walk away but then he grabbed my wrist "or you could give me your number and I could entertain you for the next 2 hours" I giggled "uhh well I can't be entertained at the moment because I have to finish this community service but I like your persistence so I will give you my number"
He smiled then whipped out his phone I then told him the number because my hands were full and I couldn't type it in myself "ok now don't be using my number to much now"
He chuckled "I mean you did make me wait for it like 3 months I'm gonna be blowing your phone up" we started laughing and making more small talk before I heard
"AYE RAVEN WE ARE NOT GETTING IN TROUBLE BECAUSE YOU WANNA FUCKING BOO LOVE COME BRING YOUR ASS" Payton said and I just rolled my eyes "I'm so sorry I have to get back to them but it was nice meeting you again and I hope to see you again
I then walked off into the janitors closet grabbed the bags and made my way back over to the group throwing the trash bags at the bleachers
"What are you doing talking to Tank" Jackie said but all I did was roll my eyes and said "minding my business is got you beat the fuck up the last time baby I'd tread lightly if I were you"
She made a face before going back to sweeping then Star said "all she did was ask a question that was a bit much don't you think" I was getting upset so I just ran my hand through my hair and said
"Look we just have to clean this big ass gym then go on about our lives so the fact that y'all are talking to me is mind. Blowing I don't like anybody over here so it would be in y'all's best interest to leave me the fuck alone
Matter of fact I'll clean the other side of the gym since it's so hard not speaking to me" I know I know I have become a bit bitchy but like I think I'm in my villain era
It's just I don't know how to react to things anymore and I'm not scared t speak my mind anymore so the first emotion that comes out is anger I don't know why though
"I mean if that's what you feel you need to do go head" Payton said making me ten times more angry so I just said "quit fucking talking to me we ain't got shit to say to each other no more"
She then dropped her broom and started to walk up to me being chest to stomach "who the fuck you talking to like that" I didn't back down at all which I should have but I had so much pent up energy
"I'm talking to you I don't know why y'all bitches are deciding to piss me off today but that shits drying me get the duck out my face" Brandon then walked up grabbing Payton while I stood in a hard unmovable
Stance in the middle of the floor "y'all need to chill now I'm letting both of y'all calm down but this shits going to far make up or stay made I don't care but y'all not Finna get to fighting in this bitch"
"Then tell her to stop being so bitter we all made up are minds I made up my mind and told y'all what y'all needed to hear from me and she's angry about it
I really don't know what to do about her being mad" Payton was steady trying to get out of Brandon's grip to get to me and said "I ain't never been bitter...Brandon let me the fuck go"
I just rolled my eyes "you know what I think y'all need to talk about y'all relationship problems" and with that I walked over to the other side of the gym with my broom and dust pan
