Two days later
Hey y'all so I have been in the hospital for the last two days I'm not seriously hurt but I do have a sprained ankle like it just hurts
But I'm not really in that much pain the doctors have me some medicine and analyses me for a little now I can go home my dads are on their way to come get me
They had to leave really quick to go get me some clothes and pick up my car from the shop because my mother's children decided to vandalize my fucking car
Which is dumb as fuck if my dad is already taking my mom to court like that's just giving us more reasons for me not to be down there dumb ass bitch
But let me calm down before this heart machine goes off again

"Yeah I talked to my lawyer and we have served your mom some paper and the court date is active immediately it's on the 23 which is tomorrow
I know your pretty banged up so you don't have to come I'll just tell the judge and grab all my documents" I shook my head
"No I wanna come because you know how the last judge was as soon as she got to crying that lady almost gave my mom partial custody
I don't wanna be their at all"
My dad nodded "ight love I got you but for now when we get in this house I don't want you worrying about none of that stuff I just want you to sleep and relax and we'll bring you food when you ready"
I nodded then laid my head back in the car since it was like a 45 minute drive from the hospital to our house

"No don't get me wrong I still love my momma we just never really seen eye to eye and the only reason we got into is because I finally stood up for myself
Like for example I don't like her kids because for one they are a constant reminder that she cheated on my dad then
Your kids are bullies even though I should be the ones made about them and I'm not saying that I hate my siblings it's just they dont know me
I spend probably one month out of the year over there and that's putting all the separate weeks together I spend one week for each holiday
My mom comes down for my birthday then I spend two months with them for the summer I really feel like it starting to be come useless"
The judge looked at me as I spoke then turned to my mother
"Ok so I'm new to this case so your children are a product of an affair Ms.McDonald" my mom shook her head
"No well my daughter Raya is but me and Braylon separated before she was born" the judge nodded "mhm I see and who has primary custody"
"That would be me your honor I was granted primary custody when when Raven was two due to my final state and living situation
Me and my husband together make at least 6 figures" the judge nodded again "and how much do you and your husband make together Ms.McDonald"
I could feel my mom shooting daggers at my dad "well me and my husband together make about 5 to 6 figures like my baby father"
"Mhm wonderful and how much do you pay in child support" my mom went through some paper and then said "I pay 1500 dollars your honor"
The judge nodded as he kept writing stuff down on paper before he looked at me and asked "his that enough money"
I shrugged my shoulder and looked at my dad "I honestly don't know my dads pay for all my expenses you would have to ask them" he then looked at my dad as he went through some papers
"Well all are essentials all together cost about 20,000 a month but I can handle the rest we didn't come here for money though"
"Yes I know but I was just making sure Ms.Davis was getting what she needed but this case is here today because of a broken ankle and custody correct"
We all nodded "yes I would like to give my dads full custody and my mom visitation"
"And why is that" I made a face but just brushed it off "well for starters me and my mother had a slight disagreement which resorted to her spraining my ankle"
"What lead up to this incident" "I used to be very shy and closed off but recently since me and parents have moved down here I have gotten more friends and I have had some personality switches
But anyways my friends had came to see me while I was at my mom house and we were sitting in there car and Raya came out to the car to tell me my mom wanted to see me
I quickly got out the car to see what my mother wanted and she said she wanted to meet my friends and I thought it was no big deal
Because they are over my house all the time and my dads love them so I brought them into the house only for my mother say they were bad influences and she didn't want them around me"

"I feel as though they are bad influence because my child's father is permitted by the courts to keep me updated on our child like sending me pictures,report card,and FaceTiming me during parent teacher conferences
But for the past couple months she hasn't been wanting to take the pictures her grades have dropped and I was told she has been in a fight very recently I'm not wrong for thinking these random friends caused this behavior switch"
I made a stank face because baby my grades ain't drop that's for damn sure "what do you have to say about that Ms.Davis"
"My grades did not drop they made a mistake on my report card because a few months ago I joined a nursing program in my school but they still had me enrolled in my morning classes
But I'm still a Straight A student" he nodded "and the fight"
"I was being bullied and the girl threatened me on multiple occasions so I did what I had to do to defend myself" the judge nodded for the last time and wrote something down
"Ok I heard enough from all of you Ms.McDonald i sounds to me like your daughter is acting like a teenager
She does indeed have good grades from what I'm looking at she's had perfect attendance and works with the year book committee at her school and the basketball team
And in this report that fight did say self defense so I am going to grant Mr.Davis full custody with open visitation from you because it's clear that you are not
Fit to be a parent for Raven now cased dismissed"
