Raven pov
Ok we are finally here after 15 minutes because I was speeding and took a short cut but when I hopped out they were outside having it out my momma was tossing Raya around the grass
So I hopped out barely parking the car before I said "what the fuck is going on here" I said walking up to them but when my mom looked up I could that it was something extremely wrong so she leaped up and tried to hit me but my dad used his body as a shield
I didn't even know he was right behind me "that's what's not about to happen now Taylor what's going on here" she stood up and looked at my dad like he was the dumbest thing on earth "Braylon I know like damn well you didn't come up here to question me about my kids"
My dad walked closer not backing down especially because he has his gun on him which I don't think he would need hopefully "we'll when your daughter calls Ravens phone 1 o'clock at night screaming at the top of her lungs it is my business"
She scuffed "I can discipline my kids however I see fit you can not tell me what to do" I rolled my eyes as they were arguing but I then walked around my dad to go to my sister who's limp body was on the ground
"Oh my goodness are you ok let me see" she was face down on the ground but when she turned over she looked bad she had a black eye,her nails were broken,and her lip was busted and she started to immediately ball her eyes out when she seen me
"I thought you weren't coming" she said as she hugged me tight in which I returned the hug "I'll always come for you what the hell where is you dad is he not home" she shook her head "my daddy is away on a business trip"
I huffed "ok how about this we can go get your phone and some clothes for you then call you dad as soon as we get to my house where is Raylen and River" she sniffles again trying to get her words together
"They are at my aunts house on the north side they stay there ok weekdays sometimes because momma has work In the morning and my dad just be getting off work" I nodded "ok well let's go get your shit"
I then quickly helped her in the house trying to find her phone while she ran upstairs to her room but as I'm looking something told me to turn around in which I see my mom try and charge at me but my dad's stopped her once again
"Taylor I'm trying to help you calm down but if you don't I'm going to call the police because I'm not going to jail for whatever lies you put together" my dad said which only made my mom madder
But I just spread up my process of looking for her phone and eventually found it on the floor cracked which I just shook my head but we can get it fixed in the morning
So I ran upstairs to her room to see her scrambling to get some shit but it's not time for that "Raya just grab all the essentials like your charger,laptop,and medicine then I will let you borrow some of my clothes let's go" she nodded and quickly grabbed all the thing I told her
"Ok I'm ready let's go" I nodded "where are your car keys you can follow behind me" she shook her head "momma takes my keys every night after my curfew" I rolled my eyes "ight we will figure it out come on"
We then ran down the steps and it was still very nosey just for us to see my dad literally sitting on my mom which just made me shake my head because I know why but really but I just said "dad come on we ready to go"
He and quickly got up before she could do anything cray "YOU CANT TAKE MY FUCKING BABY" we didn't say anything we just kept walking to our cars and I got in the backseat with Raya so I could comfort her until we got home
"Ray did you eat anything are you hungry" she shook her head "I was going to go get something to eat before mom started because I didn't eat today really I was at practice" I nodded "baby let's stop at papas on the way home"
Papas is a chicken spot close to where we live so Payton just nodded as she hopped into the passenger side before she pulled off
