Also, James gets really embarrassed at the end of this chapter and lashes out and I'm so sorry for the pain it's going to cause but I think it's adorable how embarrassed James is and the reasons why.

Narcissa apparated into Malfoy's manor, her eyes closed as she held back her tears, "Lucius!" She called.
A tiny house elf hurried into the room, "Master Malfoy is in his study, Madame Black. He ordered Dobby fetch you when you..."
Narcissa raised an eyebrow, "When I?"
"When you come to your senses and to beg him to take you back." He mumbled, kicking his foot.
Narcissa sighed, "Thank you, dear. Donny was it?"
"Dobby madame."
"Narcissa." She greeted, curtsying somewhat awkwardly given she wasn't in her normal attire, "Lead the way."
Dobby nodded and led her to the study, "I depart, mad-Narcissa."
Sighing in acceptance of her fate, Narcissa pushed the door open. She immediately scowled covering her eyes "Lucius honestly!" She snapped seeing the woman bent over his desk.
"Sorry, Miss Black." The woman whispered as she hurried out of the room.
She rolled her eyes "Yeah, hey Cindy."
Lucius sighed as he got dressed "Why are you here?"
"You're getting a test taken before we marry. I don't need to catch anything from one of your... prizes."
"So we're marrying now? What makes you think I haven't already found someone else?"
"Because your parents like me. And we both know the Malfoys have been involved in scandals lately. You need a name like Black to fix it." Narcissa responded knowingly, "Gambling is it?"
"I should have you thrown out just for that."
"You won't."
"I don't need your money. You need mine."
She nodded, "That's true. I'm the youngest and a woman, I'll be lucky to even see a galleon. I could live without money though. I've already lost one sister I can't lose another."
Lucius smirked, "I wasn't sure how fast it would work."
"You knew I'd say no."
"Of course I did! Your owls keep going to Hogwarts. Do you think me stupid?"
Narcissa paled, 'No. No no no no no.'
"What- what do you mean?" She asked.
"You're owling Sirius. It's obvious. You're freaked out and you know Sirius disapproves of all this so he'll talk you out of it."
