Chapter 110| But....What if?

Huang Dewei wore off his robe as he combed his hair and looked at his self in the mirror. His body was feeling extremely tired even though he had done nothing much to make him this tired. He had over slept again today. This has been happening from last few days that he over slept. First day he was late Wang Lei asked why he came late to his chamber and he said he was tired so he did not say much other then he should rest if he was tired but Huang Dewei was finding it weird that he was over sleeping and always feeling tired. He even feel his body was over sensitive these days as well. He felt weird changes in himself from past few days but he decided not to pay much attention to them.

Huang Dewei sighed as he decided he should go to work when there was knock on his door. A servant walk in with food in her hand and put it on table for him. He forget he still had not had his breakfast. Servant greeted him and after setting the food on table and walked off as Huang Dewei walked towards the table and sat down. He looked at delicious food and the he felt nauseous...first time he felt like this after seeing the food. He hated the smell of food as he felt disgusted by it. He quickly got up and called out to servant. A servant ran back inside.

'Take this away. I am not hungry.' Huang Dewei gave ordered as he was looking away from the food. The servant looked at him strangely and confused over his reaction but without saying a word she took away the food.

Huang Dewei got ready and came out from his chamber. He walked to Wang Lei's chamber and after knocking on the door he walked inside. Wang Lei looked at him as Huang Dewei walked towards him and greeted him. Wang Lei smile to him then went back to his work. Huang Dewei stood there staring at him. Wang Lei looked up towards him when he saw him staring at Wang Lei intensely.

'What's wrong? Is there something on my face?'  Wang Lei asked as he touched his face.

'Strangely, you smell very strong today.' Huang Dewei replied and Wang Lei was surprised

'Do I? I did nothing new to smell stronger.' Wang Lei responded nonchalantly as he looked away back towards the file he was reading.

'How are you feeling now? Did you go to meet your mother?' Huang Dewei asked concerned and Wang Lei stopped reading on his place but he did not look up towards him.

'I am feeling better and no I have not gone to meet her neither I am interested.' Wang Lei responded back coldly.

'Do you want to meet her? Do you want to give her second chance?' Huang Dewei asked as he intensely staring at his painful expressions.

'No, neither I want to meet her nor I want to give her second chance. Can you please stop talking about her.' Wang Lei replied frustrated and annoyed as he ended the topic and Huang Dewei realised he should give him some time and space. He should let him take his time to heal from the betrayal and pain.

'Do I have some work to do today?'  Huang Dewei asked

'Why?' Wang Lei asked as he looked up towards him.

'I am thinking of going to market today to get something by myself.' Huang Dewei replied

'It is not safe for you to go all alone out.' Wang Lei said rejecting his offer of going out to market all alone.

'I am your bodyguard I can protect myself.' Huang Dewei responded back Iain confident tone. He had no idea why Wang Lei keep thinking that he can't protect himself when in reality Wang Lei was just being overprotective about him. He was scared to lose him.

'You are going to be stubborn about it, are you not? Even if I said not to go alone I know you will.' Wang Lei replied as he was looking at him while Huang Dewei stayed quiet indicating that he was not wrong. Wang Lei sighed as he stood up from his chair.
