I lay on my couch the next day feeling stressed out and tired when I hear rapid knocking on the door of my apartment. "Y/n! I know you're in there! Open the door!"
"Not today Talia." I whine rolling over on to my stomach, putting my in the pillow. I her groan in frustration, then I hear jiggling of my doorknob and then my front door open. "Damn it, I forgot you have a key.." I groan looking up from the pillow as she shuts the door.
"You have been acting weird lately." She walks over to the couch and pushes my legs off the couch making me sit up. "What's the matter?" She huffs sitting down next to me.
"Nothing it's fine Lia" I sigh putting my head in my hands.
"Bullshit Y/n. You're horrible at lying, so what's the matter?" I look over at her as she glares back at me.
"I've just been stressed out is all. Ok?" I get up and head into my kitchen.
Moments later Talia follows me into the kitchen, "Stressed about what?"
"Talia, drop it." I open the fridge and grab a water. Before I can close it Talia aggressively shuts the fridge door. "The hell Lia?"
"I'm not going to drop this!" She crosses her arms at me while I just roll my eyes and walk back into the living room. "This has been going on for weeks! So what is it?"
"I can't tell you, it's not my business. So please just drop it" I watch as she sits next to me again with a sigh.
"You can't tell me?" She raises an eyebrow at me as I take a drink of water.
"Nope. I physically can not tell you" I set my water on the table while she squints her eyes at me.
"Is this something to do with Scarlett?" She queries. Just then Scarlett texts me.
Scarlett💜:
Hey! I'm going on a cute little date with Colin tonight. Do you want to hangout beforehand?
"Y/n?" Talia waves her hand behind my phone.
"It's... nothing. Are you going to hangout here?" I look over at her with a slight frown.
She quietly scans my face and then smiles, "Sure. If you don't mind."
"As long as you stop pestering me about this." I roll my eyes as she chuckles.
"I'll stop. For now at least" She smiles taking the tv remote from the table and turning the tv on.
Y/n☺️:
Hey Scar, sorry I can't. Talia came over unannounced and is hanging out over here
I see out of the corner of my eye Talia looking over at my phone. "Hey what the hell do you think you're doing?" I glare at her as she looks away clearing her throat.
"Nothing. I don't know what you mean." She leans back on the couch with her arms crossed.
"You're annoying sometimes."

Aw ok no worries haha! I'll see you tomorrow then. Have fun with Talia

Sounds good. Have fun on your date tonight
"Anything you want to do?" I query, setting my phone down on the coffee table.
She smirks and looks over at my Switch, "I'll bet your ass in Smash Bros."
"You're on" I get up turning my switch on and grabbing on the controllers. I hand her one and sit back down, "You do know I always win right?"
"Not today! I'll kick your ass this time" She smirks as I laugh and change the input.
"We'll see"

"Are you kidding me!?!" Talia yells stomping her feet down in anger as I laugh hysterically.
"I told you! I always win" I laugh more as she slaps my arm in annoyance.
"Goddamn it! How are you so good at this game?" She whines sighing in frustration.
"Maybe you're just bad at it." I shrug, she whips her head towards me glaring into my soul. "You're going to kill me aren't you?"
"I hate you." She sets the controller on the table and groans.
"Maybe that's enough games for today. Let's watch a movie" I chuckle getting up to turn my Switch off.
"Fine." She says as I sit back down next to her changing the input once again. So for the next few hours we watched movies until she got tired and wanted to go home. "I'll talk to you later." She smiles and hugs me at the front door. Then she lets go and grabs onto my shoulder. "Just know. I will be asking you why you're so stressed another day."
"Talia." I sigh as she hushes me.
"Ah! It's going to happen. Ok bye!" She giggles and leaves my apartment.
"Bye" I roll my eyes and shut the door behind her. I walk back over to the couch and grab the remote to turn the tv off. I quickly take a shower and dry myself before getting into bed.

With that I plug my phone in and roll over shutting my eyes, until I fall asleep.

The next day I get up towards 11, I decide to get ready and walk to where Scarlett wants to meet for lunch. I text her letting her know, and eventually get there a little before the time we had set to be there. So I go inside and take a seat towards the back and wait for her to arrive. I didn't have to wait too long before Scarlett arrived. "Y/n!" She hurries to the table and takes a seat in front of me. "Hi" She says with a smile.
"Hey, you seem extremely happy today." I chuckle noticing how giddy she is.
"I am very happy. One reason is because I'm always happy when we hangout" She smiles wider while tapping my foot with hers.
"I'm happy when we hangout too" I smile when the waitress comes over to take our order. Once we've told her our orders she walks away and I look back at Scarlett. "Is that the only reason you're in such a good mood?"
"Also because my date with Colin last night" She hums while taping her fingers against the table.
"Right. How was that then?" I query managing to make myself half smile at her.
"It was really great! He's so sweet. He took me out to eat and then he took me to this little gazebo in a park and we danced around" She explains with a big smile still formed across her lips.
"That's great" I force a smile, "I'm glad you had a good time Scar" I squint at her noticing her begin to blush. "What? Why are you blushing?"
"Well when we got back to mine.. We did something that I'm not saying here in this restaurant." She chuckles awkwardly still blushing as I look at her confused.
I stare at her silently for a few seconds slightly confused. "What did you do that you can't tell me in.. Oh! Oh..." I frown as she nods silently. I take a deep breath trying not to get upset.
"Are you ok Y/n?" She queries looking at me worriedly.
"I'm uh... I'm fine." I chuckle awkwardly as she squints at me, scanning my face.
"Y/n, what's wrong?" She frowns at me.
"Nothing I'm great!" I take another deep breath when I see the waitress coming with our food, "Oh look our food is here!" I divert her attention away from me sighing as she watches the waitress set our food in front of us.
After we started eating and I changed the subject she seemed to have forgotten about me starting to get upset. Thank god. So we finished eating and hung out for a few hours before going our separate ways.
