Bilbo makes an oops

Tw: Mentions of blood and injuries, description of pain, small mention of death, but you might look past it. Smaug is a lil bitch. Snuck in another Taylor Swift lyric because an anon and I decided Kili is a Swiftie.

As Tauriel knelt down beside the ranger, she could see the sweat rolling off her forehead, her skin paler than she had last seen. And though Raewyn had done her best to hold in her pain, it was obvious to the elf that she was at the end of her rope. With a heavy sigh, she stood back up, looking at the disheveled room.

"Get her on top of the table." She commanded, gesturing towards the place.

Both Durin brothers nodded at her, each sitting on one side of her as they gently grasped her arms. However, as they stood up, Raewyn let out an agonizing scream of pain. One that immediately forced Kili to lower her to the floor.

"Ki," Fili tried to press.

"No," The younger sibling protested, prying his brother's hands off. "She is already in too much pain."

His eyes wandered back to the elf above them, looking at her with a pleading expression.

"Can she not stay here?" He asked.

Tauriel stared at the three for a moment, trying her best to ignore the ranger's protest in pain. Oin had appeared at her side again, having filled a second bowl with warm water.

"She has to lie down," She finally instructed, pointing towards the sitting position of Raewyn. "And you will need to hold her down."

Fili nodded at the elf once more, as he helped his brother carefully lower Raewyn across the floor, doing his absolute best to keep her as comfortable as possible. When the Asha was laying with her back on the hardwood floor, the blonde moved towards her legs, holding her non-injured leg in his hands. Oin had sat down at the other side, his hands on her stomach as he held her down. Kili had moved towards her head, offering the ranger his lap as a cushion for her head while his hands found her shoulders, trying to rub them in comfort.

Bofur had moved on the other side of Fili, squeezing his eyes shut as he came face to face with the still bleeding wound. Tauriel sat down beside Bofur, grabbing the bowl Oin had brought. The elf set to work with tearing and sinking the Kingsfoil, while the three human children sat at the table, their systems flushing with anxiety from the recent attack.

As she spots the black mark on Raewyn's leg, she looks away for a short second, having not surprised the festering wound. With a sharp inhale, she turned back to the injury, raising the soaked Kingsfoil in her hands. Oin looked on in wonder as both Fili and Kili looked on in worry. Bofur had tried to keep his eyes on the chairs, not used to the amount and sight of blood that fell from the ranger's leg.
